I recommend avoid this store at all costs… I’ve come here for many years and was satisfied, but as of recently, the service is horrible they continue to leave the front Odesa even when they know they have customers waiting and people are lined up and there’s no way to get their attention but to hunt them down in the back! Even the shift supervisor was rude, slow and would not look me in the eye or respond when I let her know that there should be a way for customers to get ahold of the workers from the front. Pick another CVS or Walgreens!

Could I just get my medicine filled at the store? I have been with CVS for 30 years, I moved recently and moved my prescriptions to Monday dry, and since then it’s literally been a nightmare. Every month for the past three months, they have told me that a very important medicine that I need to stay on schedule with, is not available when I order a refill, so I started ordering a week early, because they told me if I let them know early enough, they would be able to get the medicine. They just put it on hold and forget about it until I go in and throw a fit, then they look at me like I’m crazy. It’s a hormone medicine so there is risk to me, not taking this medication directly as prescribed. But it’s really hard to take the medicine as prescribed, when a, they won’t fill the medicine multiple months at a time. And be, they can never get it filled on time. The most puzzling and annoying thing about it is if I send it to a different CVS, it will be filled within 12 hours. Literally every time for three months, I get fed up. I call another pharmacy. Have them pull the prescription from CVS, and it is filled within A few hours. And the pharmacy is also a CVS. Somebody at this CVS is not doing their job, and somebody does not give a shit. This is healthcare, don’t screw with peoples health, CVS. If you don’t like your job, and you don’t want to fill peoples prescriptions, how about you go get a job somewhere else? I’m so fed up with you.
So if you’re reading this review, considering CVS is your Pharmacy I would highly recommend publishers Drive if you don’t mind a little drive. They’re very close together just a little bit of a pain to get down to publishers drive. But well worth it for the service you’ll be given.

The guy with the long hair is very rude and disrespectful, im not trying to be karen, but this guy should be in the back storage room or whatever not in the front.
I requested his help, to ask him a question he looked at me and ignored me, after a while i figured it out myself, he was very rude when i told him that i figured it out.

The team in the pharmacy is great. They are overworked and understaffed. However, the new automated system is TERRIBLE. My experience was beyond frustrating. Hopefully, they get it fixed or go back to the old system.

Staff complained about being over worked and was extremely rude. Made it like I was an inconvenience to him. Slammed his little door and was grumpy. I’ll stick with other CVS stores in the future or better yet Amazon or Walgreens

This USED to be a five star store but now it’s not. Short staffed also there is like only 1-2 friendly staff members whom have worked there for YEARS and I haven’t seen either of those elder ladies promoted. Shame on you guys for that because if it wasn’t for them, most of your customers wouldn’t be back. VERY disappointed in this store today. I sent my elderly grandfather to get a REESES from there (yes a simple candy bar). He needed help and asked a gentleman today and the gentleman told him they didn’t have any. (I shop here 2-4 times a week and NEVER have they not had a white chocolate singular Reese’s candy bar). He tried to take him to the CANDY BAG aisle for a single Reese’s bar that is by the registers. I finally told my grandpaw to just leave. WHO are you guys hiring that is not willing to help a customer find a piece of candy that is FULLY STOCKED. I went there later on today and there it was… right by the register. But I guess that was too much to do for the worker. PLEASE do better hiring and PROMOTE your life long, hard working employee’s. It sounded like a young male kid he was talking to for help. If he can’t find a simple candy bar then I could ONLY imagine.

Switching pharmacies and considering getting a lawyer. Asked for a consult on a new med and the pharmacist from across the room and over two counters says just take the pen and rotate it until it clicks and then inject it. Kinda think this is a HIPPA violation. Sadly it is a result of a greedy company

I’m so pleased I called this store! The CVS on Sunnydell told me my prescription was backordered and the entire cvs chain didn’t have it. I spent the day on hold with other pharmacies trying to locate. After no luck I decided to call another cvs nearby and they not only had it in stock, he had it ready so quickly. When I went in the store everyone was so friendly and happy. So refreshing. The pharmacist is awesome!

I cannot thank the pharmacist Sean, Kat, and Lane enough for helping me. I work in a compounding pharmacy and we couldn’t get my prescription in, they were able to help me, were more than friendly to help me with a good price and are just amazing workers. CVS corporate, you have some diamond among gemstones here. You really do.Thanks for all of your help.

Maria, I apologize that it took me so long to write this review. I was in on Feb 26th 2023 and forgot to take the survey. Anyways, let me set the scene for you. It was a Sunday morning, 630 or so. Both kids are crying, the wife is tired and clearly overwhelmed and all three dogs are sick and wont drink or eat. Everything I did or said was wrong. As a veteran there are few days that I would rather be in the Middle East but let me tell you, this was one of them. I went into CVS to get some medicine and chocolate goodies for the kids and wife and hopefully find something for the dogs. After frantically running through the store, Maria stopped me and asked me if she could help. Not only did she point me in the right direction for the chocolate goods but after my long and unnecessary rant to her, while I was shopping she took the time to google some remedies for the kids and dogs that were available in store. She then found me and informed me of her research. The level of customer service she provided that day is second to none! It may not seem like it but Maria saved the day! Will definitely come back because of it.

The one-star is solely on the performance of a pharmacist named Char at the Noblesville location on Mundy drive. She's not professional or personable and could care less if patients have their prescriptions. And she's very confrontational. That's the last thing a patient needs coming in to pick up prescriptions is having to deal with an asinine pharmacist.

idk the workers names but it was a younger man and a woman working tonight around 7 but i was having an allergic reaction and there was no benadryl left in stock. i went and asked about it and they said they was none left but they still jumped onto it to help me. the guy checked the stock room and the office for me while the woman went thru her own personal belongings to find me some and got me water bottle. i dont know if they know how much i appreciated that but thank you.
