Jourdyn is the worst employee. I had received a notification that my prescriptions were filled, but every time that happens, I get there and they're still in the process of filling them, so I decided to phone ahead just to make sure. I informed her that I needed to confirm that they were in fact ready. She took a very negative tone with me and said, "they'll be ready when they're ready." I informed her that that doesn't tell me when and if they are currently filled, and as the customer I didn't appreciate the attitude. I told her that they have a responsibility to have prescriptions ready if they're going to send out notification texts to their customers informing them as such.Then there was just silence, nothing. I asked if she was still there, and she came back on the phone and said, "Are you done?" Seriously? This is her idea of customer service? I wanted her name because I wanted to know who to report, and instead of giving me her name she hung up on me. I called back and spoke with the Asian woman that worked there, and again, instead of accountability and people taking responsibility, she defended Jourdyn and said, "I don't think she hung up on you." I couldn't believe this, it was the worst experience! Lies, and zero accountability for awful attitudes and horrible customer service. They additionally, and pridefully informed me I could call corporate because they confidently said, "Corporate isn't going to do anything." Again, zero accountability. I couldn't be happier that my wife and I moved away from this area. These enabler's are poisonous people, and destructive to customer service anywhere they go.

Website says Pharmacy is open 9-7 today, closed for lunch from 1:30-2:00. I got there after 3:00 and the shutters are down. I wouldn't have wasted my time if the website had simply stated closed July 4.

Great store. Very helpful staff and when i had an issue with my prescription they helped me solve even though they were very busy at the time. Top notch Pharmacist and Tech!!! Thank you so much.

The worst staff ever especially Jourdyn Terell, she has a horrible attitude problem and is the downfall of this location! I cringe every time I have to go in to get my refills because I'm just so worried she's going to be there working.

This is not a reflection of the employees, the staff is always nice. The issue is that there are never enough employees. Imagine being a pharmacist that needs to field questions, fill scripts, answer the phone, check out customers AND administer vaccines. Every time I pick up a prescription I just plan on waiting on 20 minutes. Honestly not sure why I keep coming here because it’s lost all of its “convenience”

Without exception, this is the single worst pharmacy I've ever visited. I have had multiple issues with this pharmacy, especially with regards to terrible customer service the last year. However, what I witnessed tonight with how the pharmacist and her tech treated another customer has prompted me to take my pharmacy needs to Walgreens. I can only imagine that the customer, who was proven right about everything she said, was verbally assaulted and insulted by the tech, who was way out of line and unprofessional. The customer was waaaayyy more patient and understanding than most people would be, and acknowledged they're "understaffed," as the pharmacist and tech repeatedly offered to explain to their errors and poor customer service. I'll never set foot in the store again, and that costumer was told by the pharmacist to take her business elsewhere. Just wow. Unbelievable.

This location is one of the worse. I called to find out when is my medications available, the pharmacy tech such rude and begin to stated that they have 150 patient ahead of me and that she does now know. I live 1/2 a mile from there and is very convenient, however, I have similar issue previously as well when it comes of speaking with pharmacy tech.. Such as rude person. I will now changed my prescription to other location and so far they have a better service and does not treat me with attitude like this locations. So shamed that this location have such a poor customer service. I work in the health care and I will never talk to my patients in such a rude way.

If I could give negative stars I would. Rude. Questions are the biggest inconvenience to their day. Will go 20 mins out of my way to NOT use this pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. Walgreens goes above and beyond to answer my questions. Is patient, kind and understanding. Will do anything to help me understand my insurance and what it covers.

As I pulled into the parking lot of CVS there was plenty of parking with disabled parking available. I entered the store, it was clean and tidy. I was able to locate exactly what I needed as there are isle signs posted. I also used the pharmacy, the staff was very knowledgeable, politeand and friendly. Checking out was fast and easy. Not sure I will ever understand the long receipts. Lol! Thank you CVS for a pleasant experience!

The pharmacy is consistently understaffed and purposefully slow. Several times I've come in and they ask me if I "Called it in" when it was sent to them, making me purposefully wait for an hour and 15 minutes everytime once a month for the last 11 months. It takes less than 3 minutes to fill my prescription, there's no excuse. Every month there is a new technician, I assume John the pharmacist is extremely hard to work with. Pick literally any other location.

This location used to be one of my favorites but it has gone downhill. One recent trip to the pharmacy drive thru, it took 20 minutes to get to the window with only 3 cars in front of me. Everyone had their cars in park it was taking so long!! I finally get to the window and they only had 1 prescription ready so she expedited it and told me it would take 20 more minutes. No more than 3 minutes after I pulled around to park and wait I get a text it was ready. Are you kidding me?!?! I had to pull back around and wait in line for another 15 minutes with a sick baby in the backseat. I get to the window and no one is there. The car in front of me gave up. After waiting 5 more minutes I pushed the call button and they finally came. A few days later we needed another prescription. I called ahead and asked if it would be ready. She told me 30 minutes at 120, but they would be closing at 130 for lunch. I asked if they could have it ready sooner as I would be driving right by on my way home. She said she would try but her tone said probably not. I did not feel I received wonderful customer service. It wasn’t ready until 150. Then I had to wait an additional day to get an antibiotic because there was no time to make it back before they closed. Even in store is a super slow experience and can hardly ever find someone to help.

This pharmacy has the worst hours. Clearly understaffed. M-F 9-7?!? I sat in an urgent care to get medicine that I couldn’t fill until the following day because they “typically run a day behind”. Wish I had known before I sent my prescriptions there. Never again.

This place is completely understaffed and in shambles. The shelves are barren and it looks deserted. They really need to take better care of this store. I feel bad for the workers who are just doing the best they can.The pharmacy is also understaffed. The last time I was there, it was just one pharmacist who was answering calls, taking care of the drive through, administering vaccines, and filling prescriptions. It’s not fair to that person to have them doing all that alone.
