I went to CVS on Sunny Dell in Noblesville IN to pick up an RX that was ready. Early in the day I got a text from Walmart that say my RX is ready for pick up. My Dr had sent it there instead of CVS where my insurance covers them. I requested on the CVS app to have it transferred for pick up there along with the other one that was ready. I got there around 6:30 they close at 7. Joshua was at the register when I said I had two to pick up. One was sent over from Walmart earlier. He said that had not gotten it yet. I said can we call to find out why. He said we close in 20 minutes and they will probably send it after they close so I will have to come back tomorrow. So I called Walmart and confirm they did in fact already send it earlier. I got back in line behind 5 others now there just since I stepped away. Got up to the register at 6:47. Informed him they sent it. He then looks at his screens and says oh it just got it about 5 minutes ago but you’ll have to come back tomorrow because we are closing. I said but I’m here and have been and that this is poor customer service. He said well if you need it today he could transfer it to Rangeline Rd the 24 hour location. I ask him if I drove up to the window before 7 pm with a script would I be turned away. He said yes. I said how long does it take to fill one. He said 15 minutes. I asked what are you doing starring that the bottle for 10 then printing a label for 5? That’s ridiculous to say it takes that long. He refused to have it fill and insisted I come back tomorrow. I said thank you and walked away. If this location wasn’t the closest and needed to be used for my insurance to cover it I would go back. To add insult to injury I discovered while auditing my insurance claims I paid full price for two of my scripts a few months back because they didn’t run them thru my insurance. I had to file a claim to get reimbursement by CVS. Today when he rang up the one that was ready he tells me the price is $48 I said no it’s not that high. He said we ran it thru good RX. I said I have insurance so he re ran it. Had I not knew what I was supposed to pay they would have over charged me again. Not a very organized customer oriented store. Pay attention to your claims. You’ll over pay and not know it.

The CVS automated system is terrible. They go out of their way to not allow you to speak to anyone about a specific question. They try to wear you down and give up before you can finally leave a vm. Their IT department needs to be completely revamped.

Overall poor service at the location on 14835 Sunny Dell Lane. Pharmacist is very disrespectful! They don't deserve any stars!

Avoid if it all possible, go to the CVS on Rangeline if you have to go to CVS. Prescriptions are never ready, they say 30 minute wait and it is always longer, the non pharmacists give unsolicited awful criticism for scripts. Like others have said, if they don't have it they will simply ignore it and not tell you. We have had to consistently fight them just to serve us. The Kroger next door is infinitely better. How does a pharmacy have this many bad reviews?

The pharmacist Angela is awful and extremely rude. Awful to customers. I would get your medications elsewhere. Sad this place is so poorly run by unhelpful people who could care less about what others are going through.

This CVS pharmacy is quite poor. My wife and I have had numerous issues here. The last one: we had a prescription sent to them where we were billed with insurance, but CVS messed something up on their end and never filled the prescription and couldn't fill it. We ended up working with our health care provider to send it to Walgreens where we've had zero issues ever. We've both been working with pharmacies our entire lives for medications and whatnot and never remotely had issues, but this one is so consistently bad that ever our OB said "if customers ever request that CVS, we urge them to choose anywhere else". That'll tell you something!

Prescription medication was out of stock so the staff decided to just ... not fill it and not inform me it was unavailable. They sat on the prescription for hours without telling me. The doctor said I needed to start the antibiotic that day and their poor customer service almost created an issue.I was lucky to have been able to transfer the prescription to another 24-hour pharmacy as the clock had been run down by the time I started asking questions!

Literally the worst CVS in existence. Poorly managed. Rude employees. Nothing is ever completed in a timely manner. Avoid at all costs.

Went inside to pick up a prescription for a new medication. Stood there for five minutes without anyone acknowledging while one technician rambled about some pants she ordered. Finally was acknowledged, prescription was filled quickly, but I received no pharmacy consultation for the new medication which I found strange. As I walked away, I heard someone say - “why couldn’t she have just come in through the drive through for that.” Currently researching the side effects of this drug as I am experiencing many and was not consulted. Needless to say, I will not be back.
