Prescription called in by doctor around noon. Called to check status and said would be ready at 1:43pm but kept getting pushed back. Tried calling to speak to pharmacist but no answer even after 15 minutes on hold. Attempted several more times with no answer so I eventually went there in person. Pharmacy tech said it was on hold and probably would be 24 hours before it was ready. My husband had surgery and needs this medication for pain management. If the pharmacy had answered their phone anytime in the 4 hours that I attempted to call we would have been able to call the doctor before end of day. This is very poor customer service!! I don’t care how busy you are when you are in customer support you should answer your phone!

Overall the pharmacy has been fine but I have stopped coming into this location due to an Indian gentleman. His customer service is ATROCIOUS. He is always very condescending and rude. It certainly isn't just limited to myself, I have seen and heard him talk down to several others. Just because he throws a half dozen "ma'ams" in there doesn't make his rudeness tolerable.

One of the worst pharmacies, they have zero regard for patients and the timeliness that they fill the rx. The pharmacist and techs get very short with you if and when you have any questions about the medication. I know most things have gone to mail delivery but not all prescriptions apply. Please improve the level of service and patient care.

Worst cvs service. I just went there she asked me to stay in lane for 10 mins she said she will take me passport picture. But when the lane is done she asks someone and says there is no camera

Today the pharmacist and tech were able to find my new insurance and saved me a lot of money!! All at 8am when they just opened!! Thank you!!!

I had an excellent experience at the MinuteClinic today! It was impossible this particular day to find an appointment in Indy/Fishers/ Noblesville but I was able to snag the last ONE appointment at this CVS. I had to take my three kids and the Practitioner and nurse were so kind, so patient, and even though my appointment was for one child, they stayed open a bit late and treated all three of them. Thank you both for your kindness and helping a momma out!!!

The manager was condescending & rude to me today. I was going to purchase a sale item. The sign was up a day early which was fine, except it said you could get an addition $2 off with the coupon in the coupon book. I wanted to use the coupon from the book but could not find one. The male cashier was rude and when the manager came up I explained I wanted the final price & that I needed the coupon book. She said to me "do not speak to me like I am your child" which I was not, I was asking as a customer would. She started to argue. I chose to leave. I don't know who they have as their managers or who hires them but their condescending manner & zero customer service is quite unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I do not recommend this location.

The pharmacy takes 24+ hours to fill scripts. They literally don't start working on them until you get there to pick up and make you go around the drive thru several times.

The employees at this location are extremely rude and racist. I was shocked at how rude and inconsiderate they were- particularly the blond haired woman (manager?) and an older guy named Charles. Do not recommend that anyone visit this location.

Upon running in to get a new baby thermometer to find out from the store manager that in fact they do not make the old, classic Mercury thermometers (who knew) so our daughter sent me a pic of one she wanted that was to take their temperature under their arm. Her baby is just a month old so we can't mess around if he's running any type of temperature. Linda helped find what I was looking for and then had a very nice young man named Jason helping me check out at the register. I knew I had coupons that I just got in my email that were not expired. I also had a $10 CareCredit reward to use. The one kept getting thrown back even though it clearly was not expired. He quickly figured it all out. This was a very good CVS experience!

I went into this store today around 2:00 ish for a few items and the Indian male at the front counter was rude as one person can be only have one thing to say he needs his attitude much adjusted manager needs to get onto him or let him go how he treats his customers is unprofessional

pharmacy and staff are friendly, but never HELPFUL. You will consistently have issues at this CVS location and highly recommend anywhere else

Staff is friendly place is always clean and stocked. My only complaint is that the self checkouts always down and a couple employees are a little too chatty when there is a line waiting to check out.

never had a good experience with this pharmacy. I get it that you’re under staffed and that can be stressful, but the way I am greeted and the customer service is always terrible. Like I’m inconveniencing them with my prescription. Like I said, I understand there’s a way and you guys are busy but the way you talk to your customers and the way you treat me EVERYTIME I come there is always the same; rude, snippy, and annoyed. Taking my business elsewhere
