Beware. Had a client pick up their two dogs from this place after being boarded there for a week. It's absolutely baffling the way they send dogs out the door covered in hardened urine and their legs and hind ends caked in feces, it was foul. I could smell it from the moment they walked through my door, the pet owner couldn't even take the dogs home prior to being bathed. I get it, dogs have accidents, but this wasn't from one accident and it goes to show what the inside of this facility looks and smells like. Your dogs are not being walked or taken out to potty, they are sitting in it. As someone who works with dogs daily, I would NEVER allow a dog to leave in this condition. If 37 being so close is the issue, build a totally inclosed fenced area or move locations. It should be mandatory for the health and safety of the pets. How embarrassing for your facility.

Our dogs, Opie & Hank have the BEST time at Dog Dayz. We have used them now 3 times for boarding. The staff is so lovely and kind. We trust them with our fur family and we can not recommend them more. Love Dog Dayz

We couldn’t be happier with the care our little Brutus received. The customer service from our Initial phone call to the day we picked up Brutus was second to none!

We had an issue with our dogs. We were on our honeymoon and we extended 2 more days. When we left initially, we asked for our dogs to be fed 9:30 and 6:30. We also paid the extra for 6 hours of play time. When we returned while I was waiting to pick them up, the person at the front mentioned that they had breakfast at 6:30 am. To be fair she may not have known but none the less it lead to our next issue. We were told that the dogs don’t go outside because they could get out onto 37 and they did not want the risk. When they brought my dogs out the door, the lady stated your dog is a little muddy do you want me to wash him before you take them home? I immediately had my second concern because how could he be muddy if they don’t go outside. I got them in my truck and looked them over, they stunk like urine and feces really bad. I was absolutely livid. I didn’t go back in because it didn’t want to argue. I called my groomer and asked if she could get them in as an emergency bathe. She agreed. Both her and her dog washer commented on the stench of my dogs and the fact that both of them were covered in dry urine. Additionally feces was matted in there hair.I called and ask for a refund of which I was given but I had serious concerns about the welfare of my dogs. You may say I’m not in your system and that I’ve never been there but look up Larry and Aspyn under my married name. I don’t think I would waste time posting a review on a business unless it was definitely a FACT!!!!

Where do I begin?! I took my German Shepherd (Elvis) to Dog Dayz for boarding shortly after they opened. I moved out of state in 2015 but then returned in 2022 and took my Golden Retriever (Theo) for boarding and occasional daycare. Elvis and Theo always came home with nothing but great things to say about their time at Dog Dayz, and they were always excited to go back! I never had a problem booking Elvis and Theo for their stays (as long as I scheduled in advance when during major holidays or school breaks) and the check-in/check-out times are extremely flexible. The option to have them groomed before pick-up was super appreciated and helpful. Most importantly, the entire staff was always so friendly and reasonable, and I could tell that they truly love dogs - I never had to worry if Elvis and Theo were in good hands because I knew they were in excellent hands. I really loved the fact that I could get an update if I called during one of my trips, and I paid a little extra to get daily email updates on my longer two-week trips. Sadly, I recently moved out of state yet again... but the icing on the cake was when the staff had Theo pick his favorite toy on his last day and shared the video with me, which was so thoughtful. They even threw a little farewell party when I picked him up for the last time. I can only hope to find a similarly amazing place in my new home state! We will miss Dog Dayz so much!!

Max had not been boarded for several years. My sister normally cares for him but was unable to for our vacation. Max is 16 and I was very nervous about boarding him. After trying to find other alternatives, we decided to board him rather last minute. Most places were booked up. Max was a healthy 16 year old when he was dropped off. My first concern was as soon as we walked in the lobby the smell was awful. It was too late to make a change as we had a flight to catch. I bought the Premium package that included daily updates. I had to call most days to get an update. Was told every time he was doing okay just sleeping a lot. I did not think this was abnormal as he sleeps a lot at home. We decided to come home 2 days early which they were informed. When I picked him up, he smelled so bad I could not hardly stand it. His eyes were almost matted shut. He could not hardly walk and two days later he still cannot hardly walk. We can get him to drink, but he is barely eating. He continued to be very lethargic. At this point, we are not sure he will survive. I feel I was not given honest updates on how he was doing. Max will never ever ho back to Dog Dayz.

This was my first time to ever board my dogs. I boarded both my dogs with Dog Dayz for a week. The staff was very friendly and were great with both my fur babies. When I picked them up they were happy and seemed to have enjoyed their stay! I will definitely use Dog Dayz again. Thank you for taking great care of them!

Wonderful place! Lady’s first time they requested she come in early so she could meet the staff and get comfortable. She was introduced to the other dogs gradually, and with a lot of oversight. I was given a written report card of her day along with photographs when I picked her up. She was happy and tired. We will definitely be coming back for playtime!

My Granddog Zuko has gone two days now. Today he was super excited to go. When we got there he could hardly wait to get out of the truck and go in. He always comes home happy, and tired from all the playing.

First DayCamp visit for Amara - a smallWelsh terrier. The staff was great and prepared to greet and evaluate a new customer. Amara spent basically the whole 8 hours she was there playing with the other dogs. The only issue was rounding her up to come home - and she was hungry and sleepy from all the exercise and excitement but she wanted to stick around!Highly recommended - the ‘No reservations needed’ after the first visit makes it ideal people with unpredictable schedules.

You know a dog will always show how they truly feel about a person and/or place . My pup had her first visit at DogDayz in fishers and was sooo tired afterwards. I called and was given a detailed update on how she was doing and was encouraged to call back if I wanted to check on her! we were given an evaluation on how she did and who she played well with as well as a picture after we picked her up. we took her back a few days later and she didn’t even wait to get out of the car before whining to be let out of the car. she was so excited to go back she went straight to the door to the play area. she always comes home worn out and happy. so glad we have a place like dog dayz to take our girl for extra exercise/stimulation!

This was our first experience boarding our dogs. We were going out of town for a week and had no where else to keep them. There were a number of red flags from the start. After dropping our first dog off, my son wanted to say goodbye to her one last time, and even though they were getting ready to walk our second dog back to the same room, they said they wouldn't let us go back. I insisted I would feel more comfortable if I could see where they would be staying, and I was offered to be shown a model room, something similar to where they would be but not actually be allowed to see my dogs in their room.Red flag number two: I tried to leave a dog bed for the girls to sleep on, but I was told no as they are too difficult to launder if there is an accident in the room (which I understand). However, I indicated that neither of my dogs have had potty training issues and unless they're sick, never make messes. The man working there laughed and said with the cold weather coming no one was going to want to go outside.Red flag number 3: We came by unannounced to pick up our dogs 4 days early and one of our dogs that requires special food was out of food and no one had notified us nor could they tell us how long she had been without food. When we picked them up, both of our dogs were sick, one was vomiting and both were coughing with dry noses, and they have both been pooping and peeing in our house which they NEVER do. They both smelled very strong of dirty air and urine. This fact combined with the onset of relieving themselves in the house and the fact that we weren't allowed to see where the dogs actually stay all lead me to believe they were just left in their kennels. Overall it was a horrible (and costly) experience.
