Every dollar tree I go into always is looks disheveled. There are boxes everywhere & it's kind of unorganized. I love tht I can get stuff cheap however I'd like it to be a bit more clean. Otherwise good job.

This place is always a mess, but it’s conveniently located near my home so I typically have no other choice but to run here when I need to. However, after today I will never return.
I had the unfortunate circumstance of encountering with the old Indian lady, Amarjit at the register. Of course there is a long line as it was busy. I had two gift cards and she said she had to ring them up separately. She took absolutely forever to ring up the first card and then went digging in her drawer for tape and asked the people behind me to open the tape for her. Once she was done she handed me back the gift card and I said, I need the other one. She said no, she needs to tend to her other customers and I would need to get back in line. I said I’ve been standing here waiting and I have to go pickup my son from school. She said that’s not her problem and everyone else has to go pickup their kid from school too.
Completely unprofessional and goes to show they’ll hire anyone. Her line was the only one backed up because she moves slow as hell, but she’s got the nerve to treat a customer like that because of it. I’ve tried calling the store, but they don’t answer.

Visited this location Saturday November 9th, 2024.. Great store that was well stocked with some items that went viral on Tik-Tok that I've been looking for... HOWEVER, the employee that checked me out was very RUDE.. upon looking at her name tag her name was Clementine.. her attitude was horrible very snatchy with items and money.. Acted as if it was the end of the world that my total was $2(Something, don't remember exact change amount) And I gave her a 5 dollar bill, when asked if I wanted a bag for my few items at first I said no than thought about it and changed my mind since my purse was full already, I said "Actually I will take a bag please if you don't mind." She slammed my items in the bag, snatched the bag off of the bag holder & aggressively put it on the counter top.. when giving my change, she pretty much threw it at me. Few words were spoken between us it was mainly just her being nasty/rude with her actions.. as I walked away her register I said "You're very rude." And as I walked out I said "Y'all got some rude people working in here. " She was being that way with others before me but most of them had husbands with them so she wasn't to to bad but when she got to me she was nasty nasty, especially when I paid with the 5. Great store, horrible employee.

The store in general is usually dirty and never stocked, but the cherry on the cake is definitely CLEMENTINE-possibly the rudest cashier I’ve ever met

THEY LOCKED ALL CUSTOMERS INSIDE
The guy was like he’s switching chasers and locked like 5 different families with kids in the store then out a sign up that said closed for 30 minutes. Got mad when people were asking to leave and told them just wait. It literally says doors MUST remain unlocked during business hours. HE ACKNOWLEDGED THE FIRE HAZARD IT WAS TO LOCK US IN

Terrible customer service!! The manager, Terra Rodgers, treats her employees and customers extremely rude and unprofessional. Today, I witnessed her training another employee and the entire time she was rude and condescending. She yelled at me when I tried to move through an aisle that she was standing and refused to move. I asked her nicely to move but she declined and instead was yelling at me the entire time. MANAGEMENT please pay attention to this store's manager she should not be managing a store if she doesn't have at least respected towards her customers. I STRONGLY encourage all my friends and acquaintances NOT to shop here until they change manager cause I would not like any of them to experience what I experienced.

Me and my mother came to this store in a happy mood to spend time together. There was a manager there who had been screaming at her employees while me and my mom were shopping. We heard her and decided to keep quiet and continue shopping. After a few minutes we decided to go checkout. My mom had said she needed to use the restroom and that I should go in line. I was making my way to the register when I heard a lady scream and I then heard my moms voice. I realized there was something wrong. I then proceeded to hear this lady scream at my mom because of a spill that was on the floor the manager made. She said she was cleaning it but she was just standing there like she had nothing to do with it. My mom steps away from the lady that was screaming at her in her face. The lady then screamed to get out her store. I understand there are safety protocols in stores but there is no reason you should be yelling at a customer over a spill. This is the worst place ever. The head director of this place needs to read this and get this women Terra Roger's fired.

Not that clean last time I stopped in 2 weeks ago and the shelf's weren't stocked very well at all if you're wanting to go to a Dollar tree go farther out cause it's not worth stopping in here and it stank like something died in there when I was there and the worker wasn't that friendly at all

We went here tonight to grab some seasonal stuff because we've have good luck here in the past. One checkout open, no big deal. Then a customer half way down the line walked up to the cowboy and started to give the associate a hard time about not having enough people on the floor helping. She made a phone call to the back and started "Someone is back there but he doesn't want to work and I can't make him."A few minutes later he walked up front and opened a register. A lady in the other lane stated telling at him asking why he was being so unhelpful and letting his team down. Instead of being professional he started to yell back and said he didn't have to do anything.This could have escalated quickly and made the store pretty unsafe. This absolutely needs to be addressed. Members of the public don't have the right to harass your staff, but the employees don't need to be engaging in arguments with customers either. For those of us happy to wait in line the last who served us was friendly and patient. The male at the store made it a far worse encounter than it needed to be.
