The gentleman who assisted me was amazing, the insurance company made a reservation for me but the Noblesville location didn’t have a compact car available until that Wednesday and I was in need of a car that day. I was able to rent a vehicle which a mini suv that day . However while driving the car I found out the horn was not working, so when I went back to enterprise to let them know , the original gentleman I dealt with was not there. I I formed him that the car horn wasn’t working ( his personality was dry ) but he did suggested I take an even smaller car or that he could make a note of it in his system. Overall I give the experience a 3 1/2.

Very good service, the only thing I didn't like is that I booked a medium-sized car and they gave me a small one. I asked the representative what the small one was and he couldn't answer me. He told me that we have one for you. They need to be more specific in describing the size of the car. car

Brandon at Enterprise in Noblesville provided two excellent 15-passenger vans for our staff retreat. He was a joy to work with and executed professional and personal customer service.

Horrible experience. Was given a rental car due to an accident once our car was repaired I returned the rental car to the repair company as directed. Two days later Enterprise calls me stating that there was damage to the rental car, a small dent in the driver door that was not their when i dropped it off. I told them that I understand and that I would take care of the repairs out of pocket and to send me the bill. six weeks later I receive a letter from Enterprise stating that they submitted a claim to my insurance after i specifically asked them not to do so and that i would pay out of pocket. I pay the bill $850 to cover the damages then i get a call from my insurance company two weeks later investigating the claim. Now i need to deal with the insurance company and my rates will most likely increase. Huge problem with both my insurance company and Enterprise... Needless to say i will never use Enterprise again and will also be looking for a new insurance provide.

I had a reservation for noon, was unable to get to the location until 2pm - they told me they didn't have any cars and I would have to wait a couple of hours. Never received a courtesy call asking if they could release my reservation.

Definitely would not waste your time at this location. They will try to pawn a more expensive and bigger vehicle off on you after asking for an intermediate. Then if you don’t agree to the bigger vehicle they automatically stop helping you and refuse to look at other location’s inventory or do anything (they can do this I worked in auto claims for geico for two years). My friend went to this location after getting into an accident and they did just this he called told them he wanted an intermediate and they gave him an SUV so he returned the keys after seeing it was an SUV and the guy refused to help after this. I called for my friend and guy told me I would have to call around and see what other locations have even though he could easily look it up in his system and have another location bring the vehicle to that location if need be. Not only that but as my friend was entering this location two men leaving had warned him to just go to another location because the service sucked so bad. Overall, please just go somewhere else.

Communicated with a man and let him know I would be there right around 6 PM maybe right after since they closed at 6 and my gps was showing heavy traffic and I was coming from Brownsburg. I purposely called because I wanted to verify that it wouldn’t be a problem, so I wouldn’t waste my time showing up after they closed. After sitting in 465 and 69 traffic for 30 minutes I arrived at 605 and the doors were locked. I received no phone call to make sure I was still on my way. Nothing. Even after I made sure to call and verify that they would wait for me since my original pick up was 530. I would have rather them been honest and said if you don’t show by 6 we will go, so I could have made a back up plan. I would never expect someone to wait more than 15 minutes after closing for a customer, but 5 minutes? I’m a mom and I know people have places to be and things to do, but the lack of effort and grace on their end is disappointing. I’ll be sure to use different companies from now on due to this.

I've rented from here multiple times but it's not what it used to be. Last visit wasn't great. This visit, I scheduled a pick-up for a truck and confirmed with the lady the exact time. Pickup day came and no-one showed up. I called but no one answered. I waited for 40 minutes and left. Rescheduled for the next day. On time this time but with a small SUV. I was told someone called me multiple times and left a VM. Not sure who they called. While finalizing reservation, they said my correct phone number, so they had it. I found an extra dent on the hood during the walk through. I started driving but there were so many bugs I had to try to use the washer fluid but only half the wiper blades worked because they're old. Got to my location and found one spot wasn't a bug, but it's a chip. Called the location and waited on hold for 50 minutes. Never talked to a soul. Hung up. Don't stick me with the damage... I tried to report it.

I had a great experience with this enterprise! Lucas was super understanding and helpful with the entire process. I was very thankful for that. I would recommend using this enterprise if you are need of a rental and in the area.

The employees were so kind & couldn’t be more helpful and caring! The car I was loaned for the week was very clean & had a full tank. Thank you enterprise noblesville!! Highly recommend.

This morning i went to this location to get me a rental car. Only out there because I dropped my car off at Kahlo and this enterprise was closest. This enterprise would not allow me to get a vehicle after verification of my valid license I had 2 Credit cards a citi and capital one 3 debit cards from three different banks full coverage insurance that he also called and verified and then he say to me they can’t rent to me because I didn’t have a current utility bill in my name on hand …. I then had to get a Lyft to the enterprise on shadeland where they were able to get me in a car with the exact same cards I was trying to use at this one! My money is the same color as everyone else’s just my skin color is different! It’s actually terrible and it offended me! But I’m more than positive no one at this establishment could care one bit!!!
