Came in got a stage one apr tune on an audi 2.0, was great timing and friendly environment. Open to talk to and have some good stories. Ask them about their cars. Would recommend family and friends, so strongly suggest giving them a look.

I had my water pump and thermostat replaced on my 2015 GTI at EP Werks. I dropped off the car at 9am and received the car back by 2pm. The repair cost was reasonable and highly recommend anyone needing a Volkswagen service repair in the Noblesville area. Before going to EP werks, i called a few other shops to get repair estimate and how long i need to keep my car in their place. EP werks was the best among all these (some even quoted higher than what VW dealer quoted). EPWerks were very accommodating in giving the car back on the same day.

Great place. I thought my car needed a starter so I toed it up there turns out just needed a battery. I should have known but these guys hooked me up with a new battery and even did a inspection and gave me a quote on a alignment and lower control arm replacement which they didn't even have to do. I'll deffenitly be coming back if I have work to be done !

Best experience ever! I texted with Chris a couple weeks before getting my first upgrade ever!! He was knowledgeable and responded quickly. I had my drive & crank pulleys along with a stage 2 ecu upgrade done on my Q5 3.0T. My spark plugs needed replaced and they found a complete set at a great price!! Love love my upgrades!!!

These guys are awesome! Found them on a car forum online. Fast scheduling, efficient communication and performed my DSG service for $125 cheaper than the dealership estimate. The guys at EP Werks did a great job on my 2019 RS3. They did a few performance installs P3 gauge wiring, spark plugs installed, some other supporting mods and tuning for E85. Kevin was very responsive through email and it was great to chat with the guys about what they’ve seen and recommended from other car enthusiasts experience with the same car.Services: Auto maintenance

Can anyone tell me if EP Werks is still open for business??? I've been taking my Audis to them since they were on 65th Street in 2005 (when Ian still owned the biz) and have had dropped well over $15K in service visits so I'm obviously a loyal customer and big fan of EP Werks but recently, while shopping for newer S7, I called & emailed multiple times with questions about the reliability of the 4.0T without a response. Zero response or call back from anyone. Their website is still up but their answering machine is a generic VM and doesn't mention their business, hours of operation, nothing. I find that very concerning. Anyone know the story? They shut down?I've always respected and appreciated their work and they are great mechanics and best value in town hands down but in this case, I missed an opportunity to purchase one of the best looking, low mileage S7's I've ever driver because unless its a CPO, I wont purchase without them inspecting or at a min, feedback from them re: that make & model. Very unlike them to not respond after doing business together for 16 years so now I'm concerned they may have closed?Actually had flashbacks from the days Ian owned the shop and really didn't need the business but I know that's not their style so I wonder if they closed? Any feedback appreciated!Services: Steering/Suspension

So I would like to say how much I really enjoyed my visit. Very professional, quick, and did a great job. Traveled 2 hrs from home just to have them do the dsg service on my wife's jetta.
