Terrible customer service, damaged my car, and charged me more because I brought my own tires.
I took my car in to have winter tires swapped, and I made an appointment. I showed up about 20mins early, and they said unfortunately it was going to take about 2hrs even though I made an appointment. I agreed to wait. About 1hr 45mins later, they said they were all done. I went out to my car, and they had put 2 of the directional tires backward. I let them know, and they took it back in to swap the two tires. After several minutes, they brought me my locking lug nut key and said that it had simple worn out and that i would need to buy a new one. Earlier, I had watched them over tighten all the lug nuts with an impact. Locking lug nuts are always supposed to be tightened with a rench and no impact. After insisting that they cover the replacement, they reluctantly agreed. They said they would order new ones for me, I called back a couple of times, and they let me know they had ordered them, and they would call me when they arrived. I waited about a month from the original visit and called again, and they had no idea what I was talking about, and they said they would look thru there paper work and see what happened. I am still waiting on a call, but what should have been a simple tire swap has turned into a head ache. Currently, if I get a flat tire, I won't even be able to put my spare on because I have no key for the lug nuts on the car. The worst part of this whole situation is not once did any of the employees apologize for the inconvenience or show any sympathy. Once I get this situation resolved, I will not be returning for any future work. The only reason I tried this place was because they were open on Sunday, and it was convenient. In the future, I will wait till a different day and go to Discount Tire, where with an appointment, I wait a max of 45mins for the same work, and they have top-notch customer service.

So I've had two experiences with Firestone in the last month. 1st one was smooth and easy. Wife needed back tires on her Nissan. Set the appt for the day after Christmas and dropped off picked up and even got a discount because she works for Riverview. Super easy. Second one was for my truck. Had my truck towed in. Had just replaced the battery and battery wasn't keeping a charge. Got the normal signs of a bad alternator. Brake and battery light on while I was driving. Got some quotes and they were the cheapest. Plus I needed back tires too. I go ahead and go with them. I'm describing the issues and they take it and run with it. Call the next day and they have new one in. Cool, so I asked if they confirmed if the alternator was bad. We didn't check. We didn't do a diagnostic, you told us no. Ummm nope, sure didn't. They tell me based on what you told us, it sounds like the alt. But they never confirmed. Took them another day to get my tires. Looked at my invoice and they charged me over 400 for alt. I questioned it and guy was like can you do the work? Like dude. You can get that same alternator at AutoZone for HALF. Moral of the story. Tread carefully. In the end. They gave me a pretty decent discount but just still feel like got the short end on parts.

Never had a problem with this location. Been here several times. Very professional. Had my car towed in and they had my tire fixed for me the next day.

Made an appointment online, which don’t ever schedule by online appointments you never know how long it’ll take. Could be 1 hour could be 5 hours of waiting. They need to learn how to limit themselves on what they can complete as they are so understaffed & isn’t fair to customers. Nice workers, but the owners need to fix this. if you want happy customers, you gotta keep more people on board & figure out how you’re gonna do that. I wasted 2 hours of my day for nothing.

This place has been reputable for a long time in my opinion. My experience has recently changed, as I can no longer say this. Using the online appointment tool, and confirming 3 times in the same day of the parts availability and service schedule, I was let down. The car shows up 15 minutes before the appointment time to get tires, only to be told that they don’t have the tires, and can’t get them for 2 days. I understand tires sometimes need ordered, but I specifically
asked and was confirmed that everything was a go. This won’t happen again on my watch, it’s too bad, because they were so good for so long.

I thought I needed my brake pads replaced because of some noise. They quoted me and got to work on the car. They looked at it and told me I had plenty of pad left on my brakes. They could have gone ahead and replaced them and cost me money but they were honest and nice enough to tell me I didn't need brake pads. They cleaned them up and got me on my way. 10/10

Blew off my sister who had a piece of metal stuck in her tire didn't offer any help just told her to go somewhere else didn't even offer to fill her tire
