My appointment was for 11 , my wife and I arrived at 11:10 . We were told an hour and half later that the tire we needed was not in stock , which it was online that was the whole purpose of going to Firestone to get a good cheap tire for under 150. We ended up spending over two hundred dollars . Also the entire reason I scheduled the appointment was to get in and get out . I had to work , I ended up being 2 and half hrs late to my job because my car was lifted for 3 hrs . It was after 1 when we finally got out. Three hours , it took three hours to change one tire . I was expecting to be there maybe , maybe an hour . I understand places get busy but isn't the whole point of making an appointment to get your car in and get it done .

Great store kept me up to the minute on what was going on with my vehicle. I could see it also which is great. Had work done at a Big - Tire store and money was stolen from my vehicle- they said "sorry, cannot prove it"

They fixed my AC in April. It broke again last week, I took it back there. Had to leave it for 3 days for them to tell me that it was more money and they didn't have enough time to fix after 3 days. Done with this place! Also I had to call them 2 times a day for updates.... if they aren't making any money, then they don't care!!

The ease of getting set up for the appointment was excellent. The personnel I dealt with, both over the phone & in person, were exceptionally polite, knowledgeable, courteous, & professional. This was my 2nd time at this particular shop and also will most likely where I go when the wifes vehicle is in need of tires!

Dear Management,
I regret to inform you of my disappointing experience at Firestone Noblesville. Despite my expectations for proficient wheel balancing and alignment services, the execution fell short of satisfactory standards.
Furthermore, the customer service provided by the front desk attendant, Jennifer, was notably lacking in professionalism and friendliness. Her inability to effectively communicate with customers added to the overall dissatisfaction of my visit.
I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve the quality of service provided at your establishment. As a customer, I expect better from Firestone Noblesville.
I don't recommend that branch.
