My husband & I had the best experience buying a car from Eric at Fritz of Noblesville. I had sent a message from AutoTrader to see if the vehicle I was looking at was still available & he responded within 30 min. I told him when I was coming to look at it & he had it ready upfront when we got there. The 2007 Chrysler T & C van was immaculate- so clean & well taken care of. Eric was honest & upfront about everything. We didn't leave with the vehicle but when I told him I was ready a few days later, he drove it himself to the Fishers location (closer to us) to finalize the paperwork. Eric was never pushy or impatient. Patrick at the Fishers location was also great with finalizing the paperwork & we will definitely check out Fritz stock when it's time to get another quality used vehicle!

I was a little hesitant buying a used vehicle, but I saw all the good reviews on Google and they seemed like a pretty reputable dealer. Eric was great. He was quick to respond and answer any questions I had. When I told him I was on my way to purchase the vehicle, he had all the paperwork ready to go for when I got there.I had an issue with my bank increasing the daily limit on my debit card to make the purchase. Fritz worked with me to come up with a solution so that I was still able to leave with the vehicle that day, since I drove an hour to get there. Because they were so helpful, I wasn't even going to bring up that they said they would fill up the gas tank. But as I was about to drive away, Eric ran out and said wait I owe you some gas.It was a great experience and I feel like I got a good car at an ok price. There are a lot of shady used car dealerships out there, but this isn't one of them. I would highly recommend checking them out.

It has been a few years, but till this day it bothers me. They had a Venza for sale for 10,500 (ish) advertised on their website. I show up with a 10K bank check on a Sat morning, hoping to negotiate, but was ready to pay the difference as 10,500 was kinda fair, plus taxes, title fee, etc. With impunity, they stuck some random $400 charge on top of the advertised price. It was not for taxes, or title fee or anything usual, it was "bait price tax" and nothing more. Not a single decent explanation could cover why I was being gouged. Their website ad did not saying anything about this "fee", it was wrong, but I had my heart set on that car (had that check in hand) and till this day, when I see people in the area ask who to trust on social media, I make sure I tell them about this experience. Advertise your cars for what they can really be obtained for, I almost recorded the incident for the attorney general back then once I realized the salesman was comfortable to let me walk if I did not pay the "extra" money to cover his spiff of whatever that was.

These people erase negative reviews and only leave the positive ones! I broke down in front of their store and only needed jumper cables. Called their number only to be treated horribly by their customer rep on the phone. I am actually looking to purchase a car and could have payed for any vehicle on their lot with cash. I was told that was not their problem instead of offering any assistance or advice I was given an attitude like I was bothering them. I wrote that on my review of this business and they had it deleted. Just assume these people will not help you with anything that goes wrong with any vehicle they sell you

Eric is a nice guy. I ended up not buying the MR2 Spyder because I couldn't bear to part with my SC430.

What a joke. Electric dash didn't work out they fixed it. Then oil leak that they wouldn't fix. I had to at a cost of $650. Water leak coming in on passenger side grab bar. You don't know this until it rains so of course. Guess who gets to fix this. Painted the bumper with black paint that wore off. Tried to cover up dents and scratches. It work for a few months then all the deficiencies showed up. I would never ever buy from these people. If you want a used vehicle go to a auto dealership that has a good reputation. I needed a vehicle fast and this is what I have. JUNK.

Sorry, Eric seems like a great salesman. Would have liked to see the car I was interested in. Drove over 40 miles to find them closed in early afternoon. Yes they offered to come over from their primary location but I wasn't willing to wait a half hour. Even messaged I was coming.

BUYER BEWARE!! We purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruz in June 2020 for my daughters 1st car from Fritz in Noblesville. It drove great and seemed to be a good car. After 3 weeks sitting in our driveway, because my daughter didnt have her license yet, she drove it to her drivers test along with my wife. While they were driving to the test the air conditioner turned off and got an error saying that the engine was over heating so the air conditioner would remain un usable. The outside temp that day was 76 degress f. I called to Fritz and they said they would look at it for us. They could not recreate the issue so they told us to come pick it back up. They said if it happened again they would diagnose. We took it home and 3 weeks later she had her license, drove the car for 30 minutes, got home and as she was turning the car off, total power was lost and her key would not come out due to the mechanism that releases her key is ran by electric. We then decided, since it was past 30 days since we purchased the car and the lack of effort from Fritz Service Dept the 1st time we decided to take it to a reputable, local repair shop in Noblesville. We were told it was a battery after doing diagnostics. We had them replace the battery. We drove the car home and 3 days later the exact same thing happened. We were then told we must have had gotten a bad battery so he put a new 1 in the car. We picked it up. The next day my daughter drove it and for the 4th time the car was dead when she stopped the car. We had the car towed to the shop for the 4th time. More diagnostics were done and now we are told we have to replace the alternator and a dripping coolant line. All in it will be at least a $1500 repair all in for the battery, alternator, coolant repair and labor. So now I have an $8700(all in) 2014 Chevy Cruz I purchased in June from Fritz with cash, sitting in my driveway. My daughter is unable to drive the care because we dont have the $1500 to get the repairs done, that started 3 weeks after I purchased the 2014 Chevy Cruz from Fritz Noblesville. I cannot say that I am blaming Fritz, because I bought a used car. At the end of the day though, I bought it from Fritz. So you can put yourself in my shoes. I'll I'm saying is BUYER BE WARE. 9/12/2020
