Been donating a fair amount lately with Spring Cleaning. Must compliment the individuals who rapidly and professionally unload my donations from my truck. Best bunch of workers I have dealt with at any Goodwill. They are my 5 Star Review.

I'd give it no stars if I could. I've lived in Noblesville for over 20 years and this used to be a cool spot. Went to try to complete community service and was met with mostly rude staff, especially the backroom sorting guys. Maybe stop taking on work release alcoholics and your store will run better. Thanks

I was pleasantly surprised by how well every section of this store was organized. Nothing felt overwhelming or cluttered. Which is extra impressive given how busy they were. Highly impressed by prices as well.

I have been a goodwill customer forever. Me like so many others can't afford to buy new items. I went to get pants because it's getting cold and see that they are now $7.50 and use to be $4.50. Goodwill will gets everything free at no cost to them. There's no reasonable reason for them to raise prices . I feel they are being greedy and not being considerate of their customers

All of the Goodwills have gotten greedy! Prices are ridiculous. You guys get this stuff for free!
Taking away the fittings room was a dick move. So now if we buy clothes and they donât fit, you are out your money. Families that are struggling canât have this. Yes you get a gift card, but now you are pretty much forced to try to find something that fits in your store. No one has time for that!
Either lower your prices, bring back the fitting rooms or give us back our money!
Also the book prices are ridiculous!
Definitely not helping local families! I will never donate or shop here again!

I was checked out by a very rude man today. When I approached the counter he did not acknowledge me at all. No words, he just stared at me as I put my items on the counter. What happened to âhelloâ âhow are youâ any kind of legitimate greeting would have been amazing. When he handed me my bag I said thank you and his response was âmhmâ. You canât even conjure up a youâre welcome? This world is SO sad these days. I realize your job sucks dude but thatâs not our fault! Donât take it out on me. People like that need to be fired or put in the back so they donât have to speak to anyone.

I was absolutely shocked to see books are now "as marked" instead of the normal set prices they've been forever. Price gouging has become a trend at this store. Items that we're once .99 cents are now 3 and 4 dollars. Jeans are ridiculous. Shoes? Absolutely outrageous.The greed needs to stop and your mission needs to be remembered.
