“Love this location! Staff are always welcoming, friendly, and professional. Santa and Mrs. Claus were wonderful and sweet! Thank you!
Deducting 1 star for the implementation of the Hilton Vacation Getaways. AVOID at all cost—it’s a time share scam. Shame on Bass Pro/Cabela’s for adding this obnoxious addition to the store.”
“Had to sell my father's guns after his passing. Made very fair offers and made a hard transition much easier. In fact they're the only people I've had to work with since his passing to have shown any compassion or kindness in the face of his passing. They're good people.”

“Great place for a transfer. The process which i was not familiar with is clearly laid out on his website. Follow the instructions and its a simple, professional and seamless process.”
“I bought a shotgun online from them as they had a highly competitive price. Handled the FML paperwork with my local gun shop and shipped it immediately (received it in 4 days). Great experience”
“My wife and I took a basic handgun safety course here and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The staff are friendly and helpful with whatever questions you may have and are happy to assist. The facility is well kept and reserving lanes is a breeze. 5/5”
“This is my one and only go to gun, and gun smith shop. They have helped me numerous times over the years. From properly mounting scopes, threading barrels for suppressors, to general inquiries about changing laws and regulations. They are always quick to help, and complete the job as you would expect from true professionals!”
“My wife and I are first-time gun owners and complete novices, but wanted to get comfortable with a pistol. Firstly, the buying experience was great and not intimidating at all (how I thought it would). Neither of us felt 'stupid' for not knowing things, and we walked out of there feeling like we made the right choices.
But more importantly, we scheduled a Private Lesson with BILL. Bill is a military Veteran and an absolute gentleman. Any nerves I had before the session were quickly alleviated and he really did a great job explaining things simply. We spent about 3/4 of the time on the basics, and then the last little bit on the range where Bill gave great instructions and reminders to keep things light.
I think it's important for first time gun owners to feel at ease - at least it was for me. Maybe it's a judgement or misconception to have been intimidated, but I'd imagine I'm not the only one. If you have any reservations about buying a gun, everyone I've encountered at RangeUSA has been nothing but helpful and nice, and I'd recommend you go here to talk...And then get a lesson with Bill!”
“On 10/19/24, I visited this place and was warmly greeted with a smile and a wide selection of firearms to explore. Despite some negative reviews, I decided to go and form my own opinion. I believe that some people mistake confidence for cockiness. Personally, I prefer dealing with someone who is confident rather than indecisive when it comes to selling firearms. These guys exude confidence because they truly know their stuff when it comes to firearms. If you're someone who doesn't know much about firearms, I believe that if you're open and honest with them, they will be very welcoming. Great place!”
