My daughter and her friend went to get their hair cut and styled. They were told they could be accepted as walk-ins, however, the stylist took 3 hours to do my daughter's hair and never even got to her friend. He was walking all over, trying to do multiple clients' hair, vaping, not paying attention to what he was doing. He never did trim my daughter's hair. She asked for highlights and she walked out with orange, fried hair that desperately needs to be corrected. I am appalled at their treatment and the unprofessional nature of this "salon."

I bought a Groupon for a gel manicure. When I called I was given the manicurist's cell phone number to text for an appointment. I thought that was rather strange. When I got to the salon it was nice and clean. My gel manicure took almost 2 hours. I was honestly shocked. I asked for an extra top coat. Less than a week later, the polish was chipping and peeling off. I contacted the manicurist but she was out of town. No offer to fix the problem. I have one more manicure left with my groupon but I doubt I will be wasting my time here.
