I have a 12 year old truck with a lot of miles and just as many mechanical issues. Nick and the guys in the service department were awesome. Constant communication, pictures and data were being sent to me. Nick was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. My truck was finished ahead of schedule and in much better condition than I left it. Thank you to Nick and all of the technicians who got my truck up and running.

From beginning to end, I received excellent customer service in the service department. They helped me with a difficult request that other dealerships could not figure out. The service department says so much about a dealership and this one is top notch! Love the waiting room, because I was able to complete my work projects in a comfortable environment.

I stopped by here a few months ago after seeing a truck we liked from the road. Salesman was nice. The truck ended up having a service issue, so we asked the salesman to let us know what the outcome was. We didn't hear anything. A month or so later, we stop by to see their inventory. We did not have an appointment, we had some free time. After waiting a while, it was suggested that we make an appointment. Today, we called when they opened at 10. We had found a truck we really liked. We asked if the original salesman was available today. We were told that he was. We gave the person the inventory number, and he said 1130 would be a good time. We drive all the way there, show up at 1130, walk in, and check in. We are greeted by a lady who states that the salesman is not working today and that the truck is in service. Why would they not call and cancel, or at least let us know? I have no idea. When we asked, the answer was, "I just found out 10 minutes ago and figured you were on your way." They must not know about cell phones and the ability to call people after they have left their house. I'm pretty disappointed. We were really excited to see the truck. Maybe when setting an appointment, they could check a few things or just call somebody when they realize that everything they told you was wrong.

Excellent customer service and great communication. Mike Tallman was my sales rep along with dealing with Brian Eybel. I forgot the ladies name that helped me with Mike, but she was very knowledgeable and thorough with explaining the functions of my new car which I really appreciated. All were extremely professional and respond to texts/emails. Made my purchase of a 2024 c8 very easy and answered any questions I had promptly. Will definitely do business with Hare again if I look for another Chevrolet in the future. Thank you guys and team!!

Request Corbin Richards for assistance. We had been considering a vehicle for MANY months, just couldn't settle. He never pushed too much, or completely wrote us off. Just made sure we knew he was there to help when we were ready. Found us the perfect vehicle, considered our requested features, and made sure it was the best possible fit. After we closed, he gave us a fantastic review of all the vehicle features, too. Great Job!!!

This was my second purchase at Hare Chevrolet. My first experience wasn't that good with your salesman Michael. So I went back and made my second purchase from Corbin and Matthew also assisted. These guys were phenomenal! I really appreciate the way Matthew helped me with all the Tech stuff on my new vehicle. Get these guys a raise. They were great! I will be referring people for sure.

On 12/27/21 I paid Hare Chevrolet 6964.21 for new transmission and new tires. Before we left the dealership, we realized the remote start didn't work. The mechanic came out with a gadget and reset the remote start. We went to lunch and when we came out the restaurant we realized that the remote start didn't work again. We took the car right back to Hare Chevrolet. The next day on 12/28/21 Hare Chevrolet called and said the car would be ready that evening. Around 4pm Hare Chevrolet called and said my car had been totalled. The mechanic was test driving the car and someone t-boned my car. I have made a couple attempts to recieve my payment back. The GM says the service was complete and sent me a copy of my receipt. I have explained to the GM of Hare Chevrolet that I don't know if the service was complete because I had to return the car back to Hare. The GM feels that the person who totalled my car is responsible. I have explained to the GM the insurance company paid out what the car was worth, not for past or ongoing repairs. I had the car for 1 hr and 30 minutes before returning the car back. The car was in Hare Chevrolets possession when it was totalled. The car service was not complete, therefore I should be reimbursed.

We had Dennis Cox and he was so amazing! He helped us set things up and did it with no flaws. He was quick, educated, and worked for us in our favor and he was very personable. Will only be going to him from now on!

The service department did a great job with my overall experience. After making an appointment, I was contacted to explain when my vehicle would be looked at. The drop off was flawless and my vehicle was looked at within the quoted time. I then received an email of suggested things I should fix and Travis did a great job explaining everything. My vehicle was completed within the quoted time. Will be back again. Everyone was friendly and I felt like they had my best interest at heart.

I purchased my vehicle back in April, and Grant was awesome! Today I brought my vehicle in to get an alignment and a few other things done, and Nick was awesome as well! He was so kind and very attentive to what I needed done on my car. Grant said that he saw me pull in because of the color of my vehicle, and he came and said hi. While I was waiting for my car, Grant walked by and asked if I needed anything. I said no, and he said if I do just come find him. Every shop I’ve taken my vehicles, I was never treated like that. So huge kuddos to Nick and Grant! You guys are awesome!
