Payed for a service to file some old taxes, it was done incorrectly which they did not catch in time causing me to lose out on my refund. Then ignored repeated attempts to try and reach out to fix it. Find a different company to help with your accounting needs. Should refund my money back for the service

Recommend by my bosses wife only to get the complete run around.. couldn’t find my tax stuff two different times I went to pick it up for being tired of waiting on no one to get back with me. They never even looked at them and I had to find someone else last minute(very stressful ) Third time same day they finally found them .. I will never waste time with them ever again!!! Sad communication on the part of All the staff.. think twice in this place

Chris Jammel at the Logan Street office provided excellent service with my tax return filings this year and last year as well… He was thorough, helpful, friendly, timely, and professional, all at a reasonable cost. Customer service. As infuriating and annoying I bet it can be when a customer comes in with years of unfiled taxes , my appointment was successfully completed despite multiple set backs and road blocks that really seemed impossible to get thru. But Ms Tricia was truly determined to fight till the end, even if she stayed 3 HOURS OVER. Thank you Tricia Isaac!

Julie Preske is the most patient, knowledgeable and just outstanding tax preparer I have been to and I have been going to H&R Block since 2009.Julie is extremely knowledgeable and I will be going to her from now on.I could not be in any more capable hands.
