The Branch Manager, Stephanie Roesner and everyone else are always friendly and courteous. They readily answer any questions you may have without talking down to you or condescending. They make all banking transactions pleasant. I will always be an IMCU Member! (Unless Stephanie leaves)

I've been visiting this branch for at least 10 years now. The credit union is great, the building is great, and the people inside are wonderful.I have some negative things to say about the mobile app, but that is neither the responsibility nor fault of the folks at this branch. Their willingness to help me deal with these issues of online banking is another positive about this branch.

Worst customer service ever..this credit union is awful!!! Do not bank here. They will deny people checking accounts over nothing and pull your credit!!
