Tyler at the Westfield branch really helped me recover my mobile banking after a new phone purchase. He really was very personal friendly and went out of his way to make sure everything was transferred over and I was able to walk out With my phone in hand and banking app ready to go. We usually have amazing experiences with the branch except for with the small car loan we took out. There was never a mention of specific insurance coverage amounts for comprehensive and collision during the loan process but they certainly spent about 20 minutes upselling the extended warranty that could be purchased. We were surprised to get a letter about a month and a half later informing us of the amount needed and immediately changed the amount. Now we are stuck paying the difference for that first month and a half where it didn't meet the amounts they wanted. Please do a better job of communicating the exact amounts needed to your customers during the process and not after.
