Our family members were high-volume long-term customers of this pharmacy. But we received extremely inappropriate customer service there this Monday. Followed by yet another very negative experience with them this Wednesday. We contacted another pharmacy and they were very very helpful. Don't let Kroger Pharmacy on Hazel Dell mistreat you repeatedly. There are much better options nearby that are just as convenient.

Brandon and Steve have notably put in extra effort numerous times to serve my family. This is now our pharmacy of choice. Completely opposite of the CVS across the street, they never lose our scripts and always have them ready promptly after the order is sent, sometimes even ready by the time we get there from our pediatrician. They understand our scripts are kids antibiotics and they are proactive to help us.

Wow their pharmacists are some of the rudest employees I've ever dealt with. I'm terribly sorry that I need my medication filled, why do they seem to want to make it a difficult experience. I'll be switching to another pharmacy where I will hopefully not be treated like an inconvenience.

I’m not sure why the reviews are so negative for this location. We have used them for over five year’s and everyone is always friendly and helpful. We moved last year and we still go to this location even though there is another Kroger Pharmacy closer.

This pharmacy has the most unprofessional and rudest staff I've ever had to deal with! I'm over Kroger pharmacy in general, and taking my medications elsewhere.

5-star service from Stephen. He is super nice and treats customers well. Other than that - plain disgusting. Stephen is the only reason we still go to this pharmacy and prey he will be the one working the counter.

Very unprofessional, medication never in stock. They allow some customers to wait in drive thru line to fill their medications( the customers they like) may I had there is guidelines for cars waiting in line. Even when the medication is written for automatic refills it’s not ready or available in store, I was told there wasn’t a prescription for me. They advised me I should call in to make sure things are available on my automatic refills the doctor wrote. As a licensed pharmacy technician I have never seen a pharmacy ran in this matter. It’s very disappointing. Even the regional manager is unprofessional. If I could give a negative -10 on the review I would. It’s very sad to have multiple experiences like this with this pharmacy

Since I've been a pharmacy customer at this location for over 15 years, I've come to trust this pharmacy staff whether it be via phone, drive thru or walk in. They have treated me extremely well every single time! Jennifer is a very knowledgable pharmacist who is top notch. It's always a pleasure to briefly chat with them whether I'm picking up a prescription or when I'm in the store for groceries!

The gentleman working the drive-thru is always very nice. Always have everything in stock so far.It seems there is more work to do than people to do it everywhere these days - and this place is no exception. Everyone I saw working today appeared to be doing the best they could. There was an issue where the pharmacy called me about an allergy risk with a prescription - which I was thankful for.

I’ve never experienced more rude and unhappy people in my life. Makes sense they were the only Kroger around with the medication I needed for my child in stock because no way would I ever frequent this location on a regular basis.

For one prescription, we had to call 3 times, and drive there twice because they had an “old note” whatever that means. If you’re a germiphobe, and have to wait in line, don’t look at the carpeting… it’s really gross. 2.3 stars is fair.

Jennifer is very nice, but her tech‘s are making her look bad. COVID-19 has caused a lot of disruption and miscommunication in a place where communication can be a matter of life or death.

The manager refused to allow me (and "four or five other" people) to rescue dying plants left outside in back of the store. SERIOUSLY?!?

I came to the Kroger in Noblesville after having dinner nearby to do some late night grocery shopping. I was very pleased with my experience. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. They helped me locate items that I could not find in the store. Kroger has excellent deals on products if you are a Kroger Plus Card member. The prices are reasonable and the selection of products is decent. The store is also very clean and organized as well. Kroger has always been my #1 grocery store of choice and I feel I get my money's worth when I shop here. It is a great place with great fresh produce and wonderful customer service. I do need to say anymore because it speaks for itself.

The worst experience of my Life. I worked at Kroger in Lafayette and put myself through Purdue University. Completely different atmosphere than this location. The old white haired Manager is rude and needs to be fired or retire because I was cut and bleeding profusely from the bolt on their cart. I went to every store in the area after the white haired old man turned his back on me walked away as I was bleeding in the lobby because I asked him for his card and Every store in a 5 mile radius had protective covers on their carts. How many germs on on a grocery cart handle google it! You are better off drinking from a toilet or licking the seat! I cleaned my own injury spent $200.00 on a tetnius shot at med check on Hazel dell. Some subsidiary of Kroger offered me $300.00 for my trouble including my shot. Unbelievable!!! Theresa accused me of me hurting myself on purpose. Really Teresa I walked and purposely injured myself and was offered $300.00 which included my out of pocket expense of $200.00 PLUS 1 HOUR OF MY TIME AT MED CHECK. SHAME on YOU TERESA yep I was compensated after wasting my precious time dealing with Kroger insurance company! When I told her that I was compensated peanuts she was VERY RUDE TURNED HER BACK JUST LIKE THE OLD WORN OUT MANAGER WHO HATES HIS JOB ! This whole process started because I asked a lazy employee Michel to get me help at the front desk to buy stamps for my 89 year old parents. He RUDLEY RESPONDED WE ARE ALL BUSY AND NO ONE WOULD HELP ME THE CUSTOMER. You got it I was upset and cut my arm on a bolt as some of their carts have a dangerous bolt protruding from their carts. There are no more words that can explain my experience other than one of my neighbors worked their his mother DARDANELLE forgot to call in. The old white haired man fired him and MANY CURRENT EMPLOYEES HATE THEIR JOBS BECAUSE OF THIS OLD MAN. Kroger would rather Close stores In California that pay employees a wage that would keep them off food stamps. Fire the Old Burned out man and Teresa too!!
