I have been going to review this location for some time now, why I haven't, lazy. Before leaving this review I scimed through previous reviews and wondered on the few negative, are they talking about the right location? Thow I cant speek for 5 years ago I can for the last 4 there are 2 other locations that are closer to me, but not even close to the service. The staff at this location deserves an Amen. And A big Thank you!!

Pharmacy service was a great experience last month. They answered the phones, answer your questions and communicate the order/pending hold ups pretty quickly and fill as requested, day of (last min notice that my primary pharmacy was out of stock) I really appreciate the service and open communication… thank you all!

I hate going here. They have consistently removed cashiers and replaced them with frustrating crappy self serve options, that require me to do all the work. When things don’t go right (which they have not on any recent visit) I have to wait on staff, then staff have to put up with irate customers because they are running around to help everyone.
HIRE CASHIERS BACK!!
I’m happier to wait in a 20 minute line at Costco on a Saturday afternoon, to have real people help me. I only come here when I don’t have time to go anywhere else.
The other frustrating thing is their crappy app. They try and trick you by showing the advertised price that only works if you have a card and then find the product in the app, and select the coupon. It takes forever, which they count on.
This place is the worst. I they would be a better part of the community, and think of their employees.

This review is for the pharmacy. Jennifer, Brandon, John, Carly, and Cage have helped with my prescriptions. The pharmacist Brandon and Jennifer have always been willing to answer any questions I have posed to them. John is always kind and pleasant. He obviously enjoys his job and has a smile to give to others. There is another woman who has helped me and is so nice and kind. I don't have her name but she works with Brandon.

Decent to good products with horrible checkout. Ever since the replaced real human checkouts with these self scan the lines and the time to check out is crazy. We have been there multiple times were there are zero human cashiers open and you are forced to used self checkout. Today with a full cart it took us 20 minutes to check out since we had so many items and the machine kept breaking. Then you have to wait for someone to help which often takes a few minutes because they are assisting other people on their broken checkouts.

Check the expiration dates on all your purchases here. I’ve never had so many expires products in my life.

Always stocked well and has everything I need. The workers are usually friendly. My main issue is the lack of checkout attendants usually you have to wait a good while to checkout.

Kroger employees are so overworked as corporate cut back staffing at all their stores. But you see what happens when corporate greed takes over...you dont get away with anything, Rodney Mcmullen is paying the price for not caring about his employees.

This is a nice, clean Kroger location. This was my first visit, and I was disappointed that the Murray's cheese counter has such a limited (compared to the Carmel location) selection of cheeses. I only visited this Kroger because Murray's website listed that they have a location here. I won't be back, because we only visit Kroger when we're in Indianapolis to buy a lot of good cheese. We do not have Murray locations at our Kroger stores up north.
The employees are friendly, the bathroom is clean enough, and the store is clean and aisles were clear. Shelves were stocked well when I visited.

The disparity in price for those with a Kroger card and without is outrageous. When you’re in a hurry and it cost you $10 extra for 2 items without one is a bit on the high side.
