They always have expired product (bacon, yogurt, milk, fresh meats) on the shelves. When brought up to management, they do not care.

Horrible customer service. Waiting 30 minutes to return two items. Manager said no one else is trained to do customer service. It’s 2025. Pretty sure cross training has been a popular thing for 20 + years. Store is old and run down. Items out of stock.

Filthy store.Front entry, bathrooms and aisles are all disgusting. Store should be closed and reopened when clean. Also needs processes in place to maintain it.

Previously been here and was treated extremely poorly at self checkout. Today was no different. I stood next to the self checkout associate while she ignored me as I waited to ask how to purchase salt that was outside. She then walked off without saying anything. Why not acknowledge and ask me to wait!? Rude!

Long haired guy at the fuel desk said our 2993 points was worth 3 cents off a gallon, said it wouldn't give him the optionq. I guess so when the qarea 8 ft around you smells like weed and regret. Couldn't talk to him long as I was in a hurry and the smell of weed was making me want to puke. Saturday, September 21 638pm.

Called me at 2pm on a Saturday, the day before scheduled pick up of two cakes to inform me that their ‘cake decorator was on vacation’ & my cakes would not be made. Communication goes a long way, at least give me time to be able to have a back up plan. If I could give a 0 star I would.

Man I'm glad Meijers opened up close by this place a bad customer service. I came in to buy my daughter some snacks and food for my wife's lunch on the 16th of July 2024 at 1:34pm and the African American lady with the dreds watched my every move in the self checkout as if I was going to steal something. I as a business owner felt very much insulted and disrespected I ignored it but when I went back in to fill up my water I asked her where there is a fill station she answered in with a repulsive attitude. Last time I come here especially since this new Meijer opened up down the street

This Kroger location is pretty bad. The last two times we've been in there isn't a single cart or basket in the lobby. Even when there are carts, 90% of them don't roll smooth and make loud banging noises. The company obviously doesn't put money into this location and quite possibly sends the bad carts from other stores there. They likely don't care if it's understaffed.
Some of the employees are friendly and helpful but definitely not all of them. The level of stock is OK but could easily be better. The lines can be really long as well.

The guy in the meat department that was there at 10am Friday, May 10 was a huge help. He was busy helping others, stocking the coolers and even saw him in a meeting with managers at one point. He still found time to help me out. My wife requested tenderloins for Mother’s Day and this guy sliced up and tenderized a pork loin for me. Huge help. Thanks man!

What is going on with the beef at this store? My wife shops here every Sunday. For the past 2 weeks in a row, the beef is spoiled come monday afternoon. Will be getting it somewhere else from now and I can't wait for the new Meijer to open on 32.
