I'm a truck driver, so I have an odd tax-related situation that I need to deal with each year. I used to do my own taxes, but the company I work for is out of state. That puts a few complications into doing taxes. My wife and I have been looking for a good company that is local to get our taxes done ever since I became a truck driver. My wife did a search online and found Liberty Tax. They had some good reviews, so we decided to give them a shot. On the day of our appointment, we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. We came a little early, but didn't have to wait long at all. Our Tax Preparer was Kimber Rueff. She was very friendly throughout our time there. She understood how to handle the odd tax situation we presented her. Though she was actively working on our taxes, she still talked with us about our kids, our jobs, etc .... things unrelated to the tax preparation. It showed me that she cared, and was interested in getting to know us better. She made us feel comfortable in a new place, and confident that our taxes would be done correctly. After everything was done, she went through all the documents step by step, explaining where the numbers came from, and the end results for this year's taxes. She also explained that she would have another Preparer look over her work to verify that everything was correct before the official filing. I think that's awesome. Having another Preparer double check their work shows a dedication to getting us the best possible refund. Kimber was really great. She gave me some good advice to help put me in a better position next year. Liberty Tax offers several services to help throughout the year as well. We will definitely be back next year. I must confess…I took a year off from LIBERTY TAX…thinking I would save money…BIG MISTAKE!!! I went back this year…I am having them go over my taxes from last year because I seriously think the CPA who did them….DROPPED THE BALL! Brenda is always my go to….but all the staff at NOBLESVILLE LIBERTY TAX…..is exemplary! Extremely competent….confidential….so PROFESSIONAL….and the good news is….very reasonable financially! Save yourself some money!!!!!! GO TO LIBERTY TAX….ASK FOR BRENDA!!!!
