I have literally just gone through the worst experience possible with Lowe's after buying a new washer, dryer, and refrigerator, and Lowe's has lost me as a customer for the rest of my life after spending $6,000+ on new appliances and other items for our new home.On November 2nd, I went in to the Noblesville store and purchased a Samsung refrigerator and Samsung washer/dryer set to be delivered on November 15th. On our delivery date, the delivery team was trying to take the refrigerator through a standard sized door frame without removing the doors and left black marks all over our door frame. They also hit the brick of the home when one of the inside doors slammed up against it after it opened when they were moving the refrigerator around. They ended up removing the Samsung doors to move the fridge into the house.Our dryer Dve45b6300w, that was being, a damaged top and the delivery driver said that another one would be delivered the following day and that Lowe's would be calling us. The next day came and no one reached out to us nor did anyone show up with our dryer! I called the 800 number and they said they had 72 hours to get back with us..On November 17th, I went into the store to try and find out what was going on. The associate in the appliance department didn't even see in the computer that the dryer was not delivered. He then sent an email "up the chain" to see what was going on. A lady from the warehouse called shortly after and said our dryer was not in stock anymore and that they wouldn't be in until black Friday. We were told that one would he held for us and that they would call to confirm delivery for that date. No one called and no one showed up on that Friday.I called around 2pm on Black Friday and was told that the inventory they received had been sold and they were again out of stock. I was told more would be in stock on December 1st and that they would call me to schedule delivery. No one called!!!!! I then went into the store around 6pm that night and spoke with the supervisor for the appliance department. The dryer I ordered was still in stock and Mike coordinated with the warehouse for delivery of my dryer along with the connections for today, Nov. 7th.On the day of delivery, I was not able to be there while my was at home. The delivery team brought the dryer to the laundry room but did not bring connectors for the new dryer, THAT I PURCHASED ON NOV 2ND!!! The delivery driver then told my wife the only thing they were supposed to deliver was the new dryer without any connections. The crew then wanted my wife to sign off on the dryer because they had other deliveries to make and she refused saying she wanted to speak to whoever was in charge of them! They finally connected her with their supervisor who then had the crew get a connection kit off the truck to hook up our dryer. Then when leaving, one of the workers was rubbing his hand on the wall while walking down the steps and left a trail of dirt, grease, or who knows what all over the wall in my brand new house!I will absolutely never shop from Lowe's and its a shame because I've been a loyal customer for 20+ years and spent I don't know how many thousands of dollars at their store. Their customer service does not care, delivery people don't care, and I will never spend a single dime there again!

I like Lowe's for my DIY purchases because of the selection, prices and veterans discount. I have a stability issue where my leg without warning will collapse causing me to fall so I use the electric wheelchair when I shop there. I don't know if their wheelchairs need new batteries or a charging station upgrade, but the part couple times the chairs died within minutes of use. This makes it hard for customers that depend on the wheelchair for shopping. Other than this I am always pleased with Lowe's.

Waited with another customer for help and then waited on my own. No one around to ask questions of.The employee paging for someone to come help me was unfriendly and just didn't seem like she wanted to be there. No more shopping at Lowe's for me. Too frustrating!!
