Wow! Just ordered carry out sub sandwich and chips from their app. Enjoy the food here, it’s close to my home and easy to pick up an order in a few minutes. Prices are good. Today service was rude. It was busy. When I picked up my order, a man cut the line and placed his order. Not a big deal I can wait. My order was ready. Food prep man said “ no chips , don’t carry them anymore” cashier stated “ she already paid”. His response, “ well bless her”. No consideration for a customer paying for item you can’t deliver. Cashier was embarrassed

was hesitant ordering because newest reviews saying delivery time was slow. I took a chance and the estimated time was an hour and 20 minutes. The pizza arrived 30 min after I ordered it and it was still hot like it just came out the oven, even on a 25 degree saturday night. The delivery guy was very professional, also told my 4 year old son he liked his spiderman shirt. Definitely made my sons night. The calzone and pizza were delicious. Highly recommend ordering from them.

This Marco's location is absolutely horrible. The times that the website gives aren't anywhere remotely near accurate. According to the website, my order was supposed to be ready in an hour. I have been sitting in the restaurant for 45 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready and I was told that they had no idea where my ticket is and that my pizza wasn't even in the oven yet. Inexcusably long wait times are unfortunately the norm at the South Harbour Marco's Pizza in Noblesville, IN. You should be forewarned before ordering from this location.

In our Neighborhood they put signs up for 30% off. We ordered a pizza, a cheesy bread and a pizza bowl. My wife went to pick the order up and they did not take the 30% off. She was told they could not credit the order and that on our next order they would honor the 30%. In addition, when my wife got home they did not give us the pizza bowl. We called and again were told there will be a credit for that on our next order. So let me get this straight; We paid full price for an incorrect order while there is no responsibility for paying attention and doing the right thing? Fail! Absolute fail! This is what customer service has come to.

The pizza is really solid for the price but the operation at this location is as bad as it gets. I've never once received a pizza at the quoted time. Every. Single. Time it is at least another 15-25 minute wait on top of the quoted time in the restaurant. Without fail. There's never an offer to do anything for the customers in this scenario just a mumbled excuse and promise that it'll be "just another five minutes".It's really a shame. The location is clean. The pizza is good. The prices are great. Hard to keep coming back to this experience though.

Every pizza maker has their own niche so with that being said, I love how Marco's pizza comes with LARGE size sausages compared to other pizzas. Awesome pizza, good service and clean place.

Ordered pizza Tuesday night, 01/16. At 5:30 pm. Called twice. Pizza finally showed at 8:30. No explanation or apology’s. I know you might be busy, so maybe turn down some orders or at least be honest about time.

Placed an order over the phone. Told it would be ready in 45 minutes for pick up. When I got there they did not have my order. Had to wait another 15 minutes.

Our last two consecutive orders for delivery were promised to arrive in about an hour. Both times, the pizza arrived at my home in nearly two hours. The customer service when the store was contacted for an update (90 minutes after each order was placed) was lackluster. Additionally, on each of our last two orders there have been incorrect items (no hot honey crust, lack of toppings, etc).The delivery driver is very courteous and apologetic when she arrives however.

When the driver delivers to the wrong house, why isn't it procedure to go above for the CUSTOMER? Refunds don't put food on the table and NOT making it right don't keep customers. This was my first an last order.Maybe your right clearly my mistake for ordering from the wrong place.

Trash pizza, trash customer service. This is the first time we have had poor quality and the recovery of guest satisfaction was horrible. $15 credit. I just want the pizza remade.

I ordered our pizza at 5 after my hair appointment accross town. picked it up on my way home. was shown the pizza, usually it's fine it looked okay to eat so, whatever not worth mentioning. go home and the pizza is so undercooked and flaking off the holes from the bottom, old dough or cold dough. whatever the case is, it wasn't good. so I called and asked to have the pizzas remade. I was told manager was "too busy" and they'll issue me a $15 credit. I don't want the credit I just want the pizzas remade. the guy(same one I picked up the pizza from, who answered the phone, who said a manager was busy, the. turns out this fresh faced 22 year old boy is the manager and told me, I didn't ask him to rremamke the pizzas. mind you I brought the pizzas back to show we weren't scamming, just hungry and wanted what we paid for. my husband marked marcos off the second Lori and Dan sold bc quality went down exponentially. I wasn't there yet. however, the horrible manager who refused to make the pizzas and wanted to just give me credit is the sole reason my money will be spent elsewhere. we used to order 1-2 times. Conclusion, I had no pizza, I am out $30(bc I went the cheap route and decided to utilize the bogo) and now I'm just mad. it's customer service 101. remake the food. apologize and move on. it would have prevented this. 5 days later and I'm still mad. want pictures for proof?
