The store had a fair amount of suits in my son's size for prom! As well as both gentlemen being very prompt and helpful, they were knowledgeable and gave some good insight! Tommy was an awesome help in the end! I'll be going back for my upgraded suit when the need strikes! And I'm sure my son will be rather fond of professional wear after this purchase as well? all in all we made it out of there with a full suit, (pants,coat,dress shirt,vest) for right under 300$ which is great! ??

Great experience buying a new suit. Daniel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to what I was shopping for and helped me through the process with efficiency and accuracy! I would highly recommend this store and their staff!

My brother and I stopped in the Men's Wearhouse to shop for him. We were greeted fairly promptly and asked what we were looking for and that's where the service ended. The staff member gestured to a table and returned to whatever he was doing. When I asked (a different person) about additional sizes, I was told everything is on the table. We left. There was one other customer in the store when we got there and another one or two walked in while we were there. The store was not busy. I was very disappointed and offended by the way we were treated. I'd never shopped at that location before and will never return.

This is a wonderful store for men, obviously. If u know what u want, get in and get out. The sales girl was very helpful.

Ryan was probably the very best customer experience I've EVER had. Not only was he helpful, but professional, but also personable! Was able to cut it up at the same time offering great recommendations. I will come back there just for him!

The wrong size jacket arrived with my suit rental for a wedding. Men’s wearhouse overnighted a new jacket and it arrived the morning of the wedding just in time. They were quick to remeasure and fix their mistake. Appreciated the employees response

I was in a hurry for a wedding yesterday and was looking for a shirt..The young man behind the counter asked if I wanted to be measured and I said yes..He takes my neck and arm length measurements and sells me a 70$ shirt only Marc Anthony could wear ...They need to measure the waist and chest and stop selling only slim fit..It's not one size fits all..Done doing business with them.

I would be cautious coming here for anyone who is coming here to rent suits and need to figure out any kind of complex color coordination. For context, I am planning a wedding and the ONLY thing I wanted to accomplish when I made an initial appointment online here was to see a sample of a suit jacket to compare colors with some swatches I brought with me that we are considering (I will be having groomswomen in addition to groomsmen in my party). Upon walking in on Saturday morning, there was only one employee available who is dividing her attention across at least 5 other customers in the store at the same time as me. I know that maintaining regular staffing can be difficult in the current economy, but given that it took her about 30 minutes before she was able to spend any substantial time with me (after helping other customers), I don’t like that the men’s warehouse website gives you the illusion that you’ll have an actual focused “appointment” when they don’t actually have the staff available to do anything that feels like an actual appointment.In addition to the above, I wasn’t able to accomplish the ONE thing I wanted to achieve because this store had NONE of the suits from the rental collection I was interested in on hand (not even in other different colors). I was baffled by this, because although I could get a decent idea of suit color and design online, the whole reason I came in was to see at least the jacket style in person and compare it to the swatches that I would need to work with for the purposes of my wedding.To briefly wrap up - none of this was the fault of the employee who was working the day I came in. She was stuck working within the confines of what Men’s Warehouse required of her - in this case, serving a number of patrons without any visible support from management or otherwise. Moreover, she did do her best to answer my questions, although as mentioned above I wasn’t pleased to find that I could only see the colors of the suit I’d be looking at in a binder catalog rather than in person before I committed any more time or money to this process. For those who will be as picky and selective as me in their suit selection, there is a direct competitor to this store that is literally 2 minutes walking distance to the right of this store within the same shopping complex that helped me immediately upon me walking in right after I left this store (out of courtesy I will avoid mentioning them directly by name here). Moreover, this competitor actually had suit samples that I could directly compare my swatches to in store so I could start planning my next steps, something which I thought Men’s Warehouse would be able to help me accomplish, but evidently I was wrong.

My fiancé and I had an appt today at 1:00 pm to chose groomsmen suits at the Noblesville location. We were there five minutes and left. The girl that approached us had a bad attitude. You could tell that she was not in a great mood. She was not friendly when she approached, not even saying hello. Chad told her we had an appt and said it was for groomsmen suits. She told my fiancé Chad, “You shouldn’t have booked an appt on a Saturday as we are very busy on Saturday’s.” His response was that he works during the week so this was the only day he could do it. Not impressed that she didn’t want our business. Attitude was the biggest turn-off. She said they were short staffed and someone would be coming shortly to assist us, which is fine, but her customer service skills from the get go were terrible. As she turned to assist someone else, we left. We will not be returning to this location.

Over the past two months, I’ve had two weddings, and each time I have worked directly with Bradley and Vince. They made the process stress free and always helped me out with any alterations or questions I may of had. If you ever get a chance to work with either of them, I highly recommend it! Overall, five stars, can’t thank them enough

Will keep it short, of the 3 times I've been here and only 1 time were things good. Not to mention fabric needles all over the floors near and in the changing rooms. Makes it extremely uncomfortable to try on clothes.

Brandy really got me hooked up the day before my daughters graduation! It is incredibly difficult to find clothes that fit, but Men’s Warehouse has everything I needed!
