Everything can be done through the public storage app. I opened & closed my account without speaking to anyone. The facility is clean, gated, and affordable for the area. I had no issues canceling the service. When you cancel a manager will call and verify your cancellation. She was nice and helpful.

I transferred from locations to this one and I couldn’t be happier! This location looks amazing and it’s extremely clean! Reba is an awesome manager, when I visited she took her time to show me around and showed me the unit that I could move into. She made sure to tell me how to move and save money on the move. She told me what to expect with the transfer and how to do it properly! I’m extremely happy to be in the new location and happy with the management team!

Reba has the best customer service ever!! I like how clean the place is kept from hallways , Parking lot, elevators and bathrooms. I like that she took time to go over with us about the prices and gave us a tour. I highly recommend this location. Reba here is a BIG ? for you.

Absolute best customer service I've ever received from another business. We are from Kansas & had to store 6 classics cars for a few months and Reba went above & beyond to help us with every obstacle we threw at her. Prices were fair & even if it had cost more it would of been worth it just due to how smoothly she made the whole process for us!!

Reba, James, and Amber are incredible! They have gone out of their way to be helpful and to make our move and transition to Indianapolis all the better. I can't say enough good things about them. The storage unit facility itself is clean well run, secure, and in great shape! Five stars I can't recommend this storage facility high enough.
