Was really impressed with Kelly in electronics, she is a superstar!!! I copied over 300 photos, ughh. She helped me multiple times, and while she was busy, she helped me each time and did so with a smile!!

Wow, don't know how they are making it here, severely understaffed. Management doesn't seem to care about the customers or how badly the service is. Waited forever for a manager to even come to the unattended photo center. Corporate greed gone amuck and on full display.

I went to this Walmart to rent a Rug Doctor (a carpet cleaner). The machine was up and running and I could see 2 available. Went to the process of renting and the two employees were just watching me. While going through the process the machine said there was no Rug Doctor available, but again I see two right there. I then approach the two employees. They look at me and say "oh yeah. It doesn't work, but you can call the service number and ask them" so I CALLED THE RUG DOCTOR COMPANY TO FIX THIER MACHINE. They all sat around talking, while I fixed their company machine. I'm sorry I never ever complain, but this was ridiculous.

This is the absolute worst WalMart! I just tried to make a return on a Tuesday at 6:30pm. I stood there with my return in hand for about 15 min while being completely ignored by employees. Finally got an employee's attention to ask if there was anyone working in the Service Center. The response was "if the lights are half off than probably not". Well Wal Mart, I am here to tell you that turning the lights half off isn't the universal sign that an entire department is closed. I understand if you are short staffed but how about make a sign so you don't waste people's time!

I am so surprised that I am the first to write a review for this location. I occasionally buy a few cheaper grocery and pharmacy items. I do not usu. buy their fresh meats except from the deli. I decided to review now because although I did not buy what I went inside for because of inflation, I discovered they carry partially cooked fresh SMOKED turkey parts like wings ($3.58/ lb) and drumsticks. Those wings hit the spot as I needed different food. For my car: They have changed the oil and provided a little courtesy inspection. I wish they would upgrade their air pump equipment for instant tire pressure reading. Also, I would like them to have a gas station nearby.

I typically do not like Walmart because I think that the management enforces a "no customer service" policy but this Walmart location was fantastic! I had to return an item I picked up earlier in the week and was kinda dreading it because other Walmarts always make a customer feel like they are bothersome when I've needed something. This location did not. I was politely greeted. Had no issues with my return (because I had my receipt) and was thanked for even shopping with them. It was definitely a breath of fresh air. I wish that the employees were this nice in Mayberry (Mt. Airy, North Carolina) but that'd be a far stretch for them.

This store is the absolute pits. You order grocery delivery at a certain time and they wait until the last minute to tell you it will be delayed. You call the store they make excuse after excuse why the delivery is not there. They are the worst. I made the mistake and ordered from them cause they are down the street from my home but should have ordered from any other location. Their corporate CS department is also trash- I am livid that you pay for a service and still can not get good on time deliveries. Wish there was something that could be done to punish them Don't bother talking to a manager cause they are all inadequate and make excuses and point fingers

Customers, I caution you from purchasing meat at the location!!! On 3/28/21 I purchased a box of Tennessee Pride sausages for $7.58. I returned home to cook/eat brunch. While eating, I noticed several of my sausages had mold in them with a very horrible smell as if they were spoiled. Needless to say, they made me sick. I called Walmart to report this, and was basically shunned off and told it's the supplier fault. The supplier offered me a coupon to purchase more of their sausages. No apology, nothing. I want my money back for this spoiled meat PRONTO!

I went into this store with a friend to get Christmas presents for our girlfriends and we had also injured our ankles a few days before in an accident. We decided the best thing to do was to ride mart carts given our conditions. This was an hour before they closed so they were not busy. We were then called a dumba** by an employee and told we were not allowed to ride them. We explained why we were using them and were still told to get off. A manager came and said they were going to call the cops and charge us $15,000 for riding a mart cart.. this place will never have my service unless they are fired.

False advertisement. Oil change service is closed and has been closed since April. Would be nice if they updated their department closures.
