Morse Moving helped us with a commercial move of an office we've had for 20 years. Their team was so positive and helpful. They moved stuff with care and we're very quick! We highly recommend. Bracken, Nick, and their team were wonderful to work with and relieved us of much stress!

I overheard the foreman discussing how much I tipped them with his manager on the phone while he was calculating the bill …whispering…as I came up the basement steps…pretty sketchy; I don’t recommend

I moved for the first time in 30 years over an 80 mile distance.... I chose to have professionals do it as attempting to coordinate schedules with friends and families was impossible.This organization was professional!! Every person I met was courteous and respectful. I was impressed with my packing, loading, and moving crew. They were efficient, allowed me grace when deciding on furniture placement, and were just outstanding to work with. I would use this company again and highly recommend them to others.

Not good! Called 2 hours before move and said wanted to reschedule for almost a week later due to mechanical issues. What can I do, I had to be out of my place the next day. They call me back later that night to say they would be at my place the next morning at 8 AM. Guess what? They failed to show. Called their manager who suggested I rent a UHaul truck and move myself. Worst experience ever!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Better luck doing a move yourself. Promises not kept and no remedy for them not showing up on moving day. Pieces of crap.

Absolutely pathetic customer service. The General Manager gave explicit directions to resolve the continous errors made by Morse during packing and loading which her team routinely ignored. Four months later the problems created by Morse Moving are still not resolved. The Morse GM promised to "make it right" and resolve my issues to my satisfaction. The GM stopped returning emails as soon as my final payment was made despite numerous outstanding issues caused by Morse Moving.I was charged an extra $1300 for "day of packing" expenses, then they failed to pack everything or properly inventory the move. It was so disorganized that boxes of trash were inventoried/shipped, items were left behind, wrong items were shipped, and driver refused to designate items for multi-stop delivery.The move was scheduled to be a day pack and a separate load day. The Morse moving representative rescheduled it as a single day pack/load but promised to be there to ensure all went smoothly. I had a person onsite with an list of all items that needed to be shipped to each destination which the driver refused to follow stating "I will load my truck and deliver how I want." The moving rep no-showed on the day of the pack/load but called me multiple times to report trying to manage the conflict between the driver/movers and the packer.The lone packing person blamed the driver for rushing her, not having adequate time to pack and refusing to designate items as they were loading. The driver called me en route to tell me to "lower my expectations" for delivery because the pack job was the "worst he had ever seen." He said packing/loading took over 12 hours and was still not done right. One person was sent to pack a four bedroom home, kitchen, basement and garage. The movers put two holes in our basement ceiling and did not report the damage.Allied corporate refused to take accountability in any way for the repeated mistakes of their moving company, their driver or be of any assistance to remedy the situation. They initially denied the damage to the ceiling and sent the denial under the wrong account proving they had not even read my claim. Allied denied the delay claim because there was not "a high enough percentage of missing items/boxes" to warrent a delay despite items for daily living missing. Allied refused to provide assistance of movers when the second delivery of items they missed arrived.The Morse GM gave special approval for a Saturday delivery so I would not have to take a second day off work and agreed to have a moving crew meet me for the unload and to search for missing/lost items/misdelivered items from the first delivery. When I arrived on Saturday to meet the truck, only a driver was there. I got in touch with the manager from Morse Moving who had received clear instruction from her GM to provide movers. She had individually chosen to ignore the direction and did not schedule the movers. I had to take a second day off work to meet the truck again on Monday after the GM personally called the arriving locations scheduling manager to have a crew scheduled.My items were supposed to deliver the first week of February. It is June and I still have over $4,000 in lost or stolen and damaged items that Allied is still "Researching." I paid for the maximum protection coverage of $75K with no deductible. Allied offered $1600 for the $4000+ in missing/stolen/damaged items. When I declined they informed me that their review process would start within 60 days. This would be 6 months after my intitial delivery was scheduled.The GM who promised to "make my situation right" last responded to an email on April 10th. She has ingnored follow-up emails from me on April 27th and May 15th.

They were wonderful - on time, professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and careful. I really appreciated their patience in clearly answering my many questions and getting everything to fit on the load! I know that takes extra time and effort, and it is very much appreciated.This was definitely a “wow” experience — exceeded my expectations and definitely relieved stress associated with moving.
