I use this pharmacy a lot for my patients as a physician and also for some of my own prescriptions. They can compound pretty much anything for an affordable price and are a great resource in this era of high prescription costs and inadequate insurance coverage. Their customer service is fantastic as well - on both the physician and patient side.

Not sure who makes the dermatologist products but they are absolutely fabulous and not even the third of the cost of what I would pay for a generic brand. They also deliver which is so helpful! Whatever is in this stuff my goodness THANK YOU!!! Love love love

I am so pleased that my dermatologist is using this compounding pharmacy as many health care practitioners don't often use them. Every client and every situation is different so one liquid or pills may not be the best for the client. By having a compounding pharmacist fill this liqud, I am assured that the right medical is being made for me. That gives me confidence.

Based on my experience, I don’t recommend them. I filled my Rx in June and stored it in the fridge, as suggested. Had no need to use it because I still had my previous Rx. It goes on the face and so you need only a very little amount. It’s also recommended you use a small amount. Come October, I run out and proceed to go to this Rx I had refrigerated. I apply it 3 nights and it burns my skin ‘causing severe irritation and inflammation. I call and find They changed the formulation of my rosacea gel without telling me. They added more alcohol to it and that caused severe irritation. The compound is supposed to reduce inflammation and help soothe irritation. Well, I ask what they can do to rectify this and they repeat over and over the exact same things to brush it all to the side and not help with my immediate need to refill the Rx or at least give me a discount. They say it’s all due to it being purchased in June and all they can do is make sure they use a previous formulation for the compound. I used the new formulation 3 nights and will throw it out. My face is red, inflamed, hot to the touch and I’m feeling a stinging sensation like that of a sun burn. Also, my eyes are slightly swollen too. Putting on this new formulation on my rosacea affected face when I’m also experiencing seasonal allergies was absolutely the worse thing I could have done for my health and comfort. I told them most of this. They did nothing to rectify their error and I don’t even recall an apology or a word of sympathy for ‘causing me discomfort.

This pharmacy is a super friendly environment and I have never had an issue! I love the three-jar deal for my longer term medications. As long as I keep them in the fridge, they last me and then some! Lifelong patient at this amazing place.

First, Nobleville's Low-Cost Pharmacy's request form is extremely vague and unhelpful. They send the same form for every customer. You do not get to review the prescription you are ordering. Plus, they have this sales pitch pushing customers to order three containers at once for 90 dollars because with this option you don't have to pay for shipping and you save 5 dollars per container. So clearly, they are pushing customers to buy three containers at once instead of one. The form says "**If using for more than 30 days please store in the fridge for highest effectiveness/shelf life.**" Notice they do not clearly state "The expiration date is 30 days", nor do they give you an estimate of how long the medicine would last inside a fridge, the wording is vague and can easily go unnoticed. My dermatologist sent them two prescriptions. The first one is for tretinoin. This is the first time in my life that I am purchasing tretinoin. Tretinoin is extremely strong, and their container says that I should not apply it every day because it is so strong and could hurt my skin. This means that before I can finish one container, the other two will have expired. I would also like to remind you that your packaging says “Store at room temperature.”However, it gets worse. I also had a second prescription. First, my package was sent to the wrong city. I called them and I explained I was anxious because the temperatures were very high, and UPS cars get very warm inside. They blatantly lied to my husband on the phone and said that their packaging protects medicine against high temperatures. I have your packaging at home. It does not. It is an envelope with bubble wrap inside - it does not have any layer that protects the contents of the packaging from high temperatures. Plus, the second medicine they sent me came with a prescription that was different from the one my doctor gave me. My doctor prescribed a 50 g powder, and I was sent a 5ml solution. I do not trust this pharmacy. As a customer and a patient, I feel like I was deceived. This whole process caused me extreme emotional distress because I spent almost 200 dollars on medicine that WILL expire before I can even use it. I cannot humanly use the amount of tretinoin that was sold to me without damaging my skin. It is abusive and wrong for a company to dupe customers into buying huge amounts of medicine without clearly stating in the request form that they have one month to use it before it expires. Plus, as a customer, I need my prescription that was given to me by my doctor to match the medicine’s label and prescription of your pharmacy correctly, because how do I know I am using the correct medicine? Also, the employee who answered the phone and lied about the packaging, also said that is against Nobleville’s Low-Cost Pharmacy’s Policy to issue refunds to customers. I cannot find your policy anywhere on your website or in the form that was sent to me. So you have a business model that pushes customers to purchase exorbitant amounts of medicine that they will not be able to use during the expiration time - that you do not state clearly in your form that will expire in a month -, you send medications in packaging that does not protect against high temperatures, you also fill prescriptions that do not match the prescription given by the doctors, and you REFUSE TO GIVE REFUNDS? How is this possible? Customers have rights too.

Noblesville low cost pharmacy has the best costumer service! They offer a discount for 3 bottles at a time which is wonderful so that I don’t have to pay for shipping and only have to order more every couple of months!

Unfortunately I recently had a negative experience. I’m posting this to alert others to triple check your prescriptions from here. What was supposed to be 1.5 milligrams was filled as 15 milligrams by this pharmacy. While the pharmacist was apologetic when I discovered their error, this type of significant mistake is unacceptable.
