Mike is a great guy who knows what he's doing and prices are definitely reasonable, he's definitely one who knows Ford vehicles inside and out and definitely can help when questions are asked. I'd recommend him to anyone in need of help.

It is with sad news I say this but I knew it was the BIGGEST issue. No longer will I be repping "RDC TUNES" and saying they are great after what I saw with all the parameters and what was done wrong in the wrong spots and all the stuff that was not done at all.... My car is now running 100% with this new tuner and after logging for 5-6 hrs of HARD pulls and zero codes. I was never able to drive a 30 mins with out a code. With a hour with the fusion and getting the boost issues fixed bc of the tuning also who would of thought that..... It would only make 12lbs once in a blue moon. Pulled the tune off went to stock again and saw 17lbs of boost while logging on the tuners laptop. I have done a lot with RDC bought a doner car paid for the whole thing to get the trans to swap in mine. Mike swapped the whole motor and trans into mine. Paid for things as we went. There was times he asked for money for parts that I already paid for he tried to say I did not but I paid with PayPal and added notes to what I was paying for and had to show mike that stuff more then once since he keep doing it. He never wrote down notes for anything. I told mike I wanted ALL my old parts that come off my car that was swap. He did a whole dash swap also. Went to a camp out at the shop while there we got the car running after being there for almost a year and a half when it was stuff getting done that was not that hard I did not have time to do it as to why I took it there that was my mistake. I was supposed to be picking the car up at the camp out and bring it home that did not happen yet again being told it would be done. Well before we left the camp out I grabbed the old motor and trans he gave me a hard time trying to take my old break parts he wanted it for scrap $$$. Well I took them as they were mine. I then again told him I wanted my old dash and all the parts on it I have more then 1 MK3 and wanted all the parts. He said he would give it to me when the car was done. When it was finally done like 2-3 weeks after the camp out he said he would bring it to me and I pay half of the fuel cost I was ok with that. I reminded him to bring my dash with him that was out of my car. He got to me and then proceeded to tell me I owed him $450 for my old motor as a core charge like how the heck is it a core charge when I bought a doner car and he keep the car shell? I gave him $100 and still should not have done that.... then he wanted to charge $300 for delivery when he said half of fuel. He brought me my car with his hatch. And ik it does not cost that much especially for half of the cost of fuel I have never spent that much going out and back to his shop. I gave Mike my TB crash bar White -based powder coat in the green topcoat color when I went out for dyno tuning with David about 2 years ago Mike was supposed to add tabs to my crush bar to secure the upper core support a tab to the driver side to secure the PCM a tab on the passenger side to secure the washer bottle. Yet it's been well over a year and a half and nothing has been done to the crash bar at all honestly don't even know if he still has it or if he sold it just to get money. He keeps telling me he's gonna put it on this car or that car and get it mocked up with no real update or pictures of anything. So to anyone that might have questions you can reach out to me and I will let you know what we found on these 2 cars from there turning!!!! I would not talk about any other cars that were looked at Focus Rising Should you be concerned YES. Even a lot of people at Focus Rising saw the proof and what was done to fix this, crazy right? I'm still mine boggled about this whole situation to be honest after fighting it for over 2 years yes 2 FREAKING years. If my tune did not get looked mine was a ticking time bomb with the RDC tune I'm just glad it did not blow up on me. I have had nothing but issues with Communication getting stuff done on my tune or parts he still has of mine..... I have to email David 2 to 3 times to even get a response back and my last response was

Mike and the guys are fantastic. Very honest and trustworthy people. I recommend RDC to everyone I know. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years now.

Mike at RDC has been an awesome help in accomplishing the goals I’ve set out to achieve for my build and really knows his way around a vehicle, especially Ford Focuses.

I am only giving a 3 star due to response times and complete lack of product.Bought my focus ST in 2018. Did full stage three and needed the down pipe bracket from Rebel Devil.Well........ just over two years later, I’ve still not gotten it. These brackets sell really quickly. I guess the materials are also hard to come by. I even asked if I could Pre-pay and had no luck.I just sold my car. Definitely need to improve on customer responses guys! Probably wise to keep a couple parts on your shelves as well.As I stated before..... I’ve been asking for one of these for a couple years.I’ve heard great things about your products. Wish I could have experienced the quality myself.

It's nice to see a shop supporting a niche like the Ford Focus, however the lack of information regarding part in-stock status and after purchase communication is not excusable. Update the site if there is a 7-10 day intermission between emails.

Bought some things through them and not only were the parts perfect, the customer service is top notch! Replies usually within a couple mins and is always patient with questions. Nothing but satisfaction over here, and cannot wait to be devil tuned
