We just got a new Cal Spa hot tub from Rec Unlimited! Natalie could not have made the purchase experience any easier and our spa was delivered and installed earlier than expected! Brad came out and gave an incredible tutorial about our spa and how to use/test the chemicals to keep it top notch. He even recommended I record it so I can reference back which I do constantly. End to end a great company to buy from!

I had a tremendous experience with Recreation Unlimited. Angela helped me pick out a hot tub that was right for me. She was so patient with all of my questions and gave me plenty of time and space to think it through. She pointed out things to consider I hadn't thought of, and just made the whole buying process easy and stress-free. Brad got the hot tub installed and setup and was an absolute champ as he gave me pointers and instruction in a literal snowstorm. He answered all of my questions and gave me a ton of great advice on hot tub ownership. I would recommend Recreation Unlimited to anyone and am so glad I purchased from them. Thank you!

Super easy process. Installed a Goalrilla basketball pole/backboard with yard guard and bounce back net. Purchase was easy with no pressure - coordination for installation was seamless and they worked with me as I jumped thru HOA approval hoops. Actual install and follow up was perfect. 10/10 - will definitely go the them again for any follow on needs!

We’ve loved working with Recreation Unlimited. We’ve gone through them to get a playset, a hot tub, and our newest addition, a Goalrilla goal. The install was seamless, just as described. The customer service is great and I know I can trust the products they sell. Excited to use our new goal for many years to come.

Bought a MSPA inflatable hot tub on Sunday night. It was at my house Wednesday 10:00 a.m they did awesome. Highly recommend recreation unlimited. Tried two other people first and it took them four days just to tell me they didn't have them in stock when their website said they did. They were very nice. Courteous and just did an awesome job

As a child I always wanted an adjustable bball goal - the dream has now been realized! We ordered the CV60 Goalrilla on the early Black Friday sale 2023 from the Noblesville location from Recreation Unlimited - saving over $700 on the product and receiving a pole pad, base pad and backboard pad as part of the promotion. Jackie was great to work with and my 6yo son got to go nuts on all the playground equipment in store while I worked out the details. The ordering, location services, prep work and install were all FLAWLESS. In an age where customer service if deteriorating at a rapid pace, this experience was incredible. Communication was precise via email and text. The install crew of (2) was punctual, kind and professional - zero issues. Finished product is great and the neighborhood kids (and adults) are loving it. If you're on the fence with buying from RU - do it - you'll have a wonderful experience!

LOVE my potting shed. Sheila and all the staff did a great job getting this done! I was truly amazed that the installers were able to move an already built 10 x 16 shed navigating several obstacles and so were many of my neighbors. Having a DEDICATED does not happen often enough in today environment. This is a dream come true.
