I came to the Kroger in Noblesville after having dinner nearby to do some late night grocery shopping. I was very pleased with my experience. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. They helped me locate items that I could not find in the store. Kroger has excellent deals on products if you are a Kroger Plus Card member. The prices are reasonable and the selection of products is decent. The store is also very clean and organized as well. Kroger has always been my #1 grocery store of choice and I feel I get my money's worth when I shop here. It is a great place with great fresh produce and wonderful customer service. I do need to say anymore because it speaks for itself.

The worst experience of my Life. I worked at Kroger in Lafayette and put myself through Purdue University. Completely different atmosphere than this location. The old white haired Manager is rude and needs to be fired or retire because I was cut and bleeding profusely from the bolt on their cart. I went to every store in the area after the white haired old man turned his back on me walked away as I was bleeding in the lobby because I asked him for his card and Every store in a 5 mile radius had protective covers on their carts. How many germs on on a grocery cart handle google it! You are better off drinking from a toilet or licking the seat!I cleaned my own injury spent $200.00 on a tetnius shot at med check on Hazel dell. Some subsidiary of Kroger offered me $300.00 for my trouble including my shot.Unbelievable!!!Theresa accused me of me hurting myself on purpose.Really Teresa I walked and purposely injured myself and was offered $300.00 which included my out of pocket expense of $200.00 PLUS 1 HOUR OF MY TIME AT MED CHECK.SHAME on YOU TERESA yep I was compensated after wasting my precious time dealing with Kroger insurance company! When I told her that I was compensated peanuts she was VERY RUDE TURNED HER BACK JUST LIKE THE OLD WORN OUT MANAGER WHO HATES HIS JOB !This whole process started because I asked a lazy employee Michel to get me help at the front desk to buy stamps for my 89 year old parents. He RUDLEY RESPONDED WE ARE ALL BUSY AND NO ONE WOULD HELP ME THE CUSTOMER.You got it I was upset and cut my arm on a bolt as some of their carts have a dangerous bolt protruding from their carts. There are no more words that can explain my experience other than one of my neighbors worked their his mother DARDANELLE forgot to call in.The old white haired man fired him and MANY CURRENT EMPLOYEES HATE THEIR JOBS BECAUSE OF THIS OLD MAN.Kroger would rather Close stores In California that pay employees a wage that would keep them off food stamps.Fire the Old Burned out man and Teresa too!!

This Kroger is clean, has plenty of healthy options to choose from, close to 2 gas stations down the road, and with plenty of parking.

I was at the Kroger at 14800 Hazel Dell Crossing, Noblesville, IN 46062, twice today. I am so tired of the employees not being courteous or having a complete disregard for customers shopping.10:15 a.m. - Weekly shopping trip. There was a pallet in the ice cream aisle just sitting there. No one around. The sign on the pallet jack clearly said, "No pallet jacks on the floor from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. So I wondered if that ice cream had been sitting there a while. Multiple employees stocking (and as always...I the way) and not to mention the huge online shopping carts going down the middle of aisles. If your employees are going to shop for customers, they need to be courteous of these who are shopping in person. I have complained about this before to deaf ears. No mass shopping should take place during peak shopping hours.7:20 p.m. - Stopped to pick up produce for an evening gathering. There was a cart of items being stocked with no one around. As I looked at the bagged salads, an older lady employee approached the cart and started to move it--almost hitting me. She rudely said, "Excuse me sir." This is typical employee attitude at this store. I understand they have a job to do, but most of that job should be customer service.

Two issues in the past week. 1. The Pharmacy never seems to have my prescriptions ready. This time I will have made 3 trips in the past 24 hours, each time they tell me it will be ready and each time it isn't. This is a refill for a birth control- not a hard thing to do (and I was a retail pharmacist for over 17 years) but they can't seem to get it filled (and yes, there are plenty of refills on the script).2. Click List was a total waste of my time. My pick up window was between 3-4pm and I arrived at 3:50 and proceeded to wait 45 minutes for my order. I could have gone inside and shopped for myself in this time. I'll be transferring my prescriptions and using the Kroger in Westfield from now on.

Thank you Jonathan for helping me the other day. I had an issue with "buy 5 or more products - get $1 off from each" and he helped me to resolve the issue very quickly. Thank you Kroger for educating your employees to help customers. I always find plenty of parking here, sanitizing spray in the cart area and always find products on my list.
