Mike was very helpful, and polite. They delivered my couch and got it thru the back door which was very difficult due to the entrance being too small. I would recommend to anyone looking for an alternative to paying full price at one time.

Been missing parts for my sons bed for about 4 months now, can't keep track of when a payment has been made, husband had to assemble everything himself, etc. Just overall a bad experience and would recommend for others to make purchases anywhere but here.

FRIENDLY STAFF. Tyler helped me get the laptop I wanted quickly and he even worked with me on my first week. I love that they always remember my face and know my needs and what I'm looking for. If they don't have it, they say they will get it. Great customer service!!

Shady business, never delivered on time, did not deliver item they said they were going to deliver. You can not trust this business. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Customer service is HORRIBLE at this location. Thought I was getting a new bed,, NOT!!!! I guess they were upset when I complained that it was not new. Actually took them 6 months to provide me what I was paying for in the first place. 6 months same as cash. was a nice option. Worse service I have ever received knew I should have stuck with Aarons, After I paid the final payment I later saw a charge on my account for a warranty, called to inquire Taylor needs work on his customer service skills RUDE is an understatement.
