I’ve been coming to Sally’s for years for hair dye. The woman working behind the counter was so nice and helpful and recommended me a bonding product to go in my lightener. It was inexpensive and worked so well! My hair feels way better!

I have noticed the customer service is very hit or miss depending on who is working the counter that day, base on my own experience and that of friends telling me their tales. Sad to say many of these negative reviews are accurate.
