The Salvation Army in Noblesville has been completely reorganized, and the new manager is doing a wonderful job. While my daughter and I were looking at children’s books on the floor, the manager quietly brought us an office chair to sit in. Such a simple, kind gesture that shows how much care goes into this store now.
