T-Mobile took over $1,100 for absolutely nothing In 2019 I decided to get the iPhone 11 Pro Max a few months after it came out (July). I decided to do a 2 year lease on it which cost $39.59 per month, just tacked on to each monthly phone bill. In April of 2020, T-Mobile buys Sprint, the carrier I purchased the phone through. My lease is still not completely paid, so I keep making payments. T-Mobile owned Sprint when my lease payment should have been removed from my bill. Fast forward to today, February 1st, 2024. I'm looking over my bill details and I notice that there's a charge on there that doesn't include my iPhone's protection plan stating that it's for leases. Confused, I check the leases tab and there are no active leases. I HAVE BEEN PAYING AN EXTRA $39.59 PER MONTH FOR 30 MONTHS ($1,187) FOR A PHONE THAT IS ALREADY PAID OFF. I call customer service and a very professional young lady named Diamond helps me, she tells me that they had to manually remove so many lease charges from people's bills. I asked if I could be refunded for these extra charges and she tells me that she can only refund 2 months worth of payments (under $80). I understand that she has protocols that will not allow me to talk with her supervisor so I don't even know why I bothered asking. I made sure to be really nice to her because at the end of the day, it's not HER who's been pocketing the equivalent of an extra YEAR'S WORTH OF PHONE BILLS from me. I have called customer service several times over the past few years for help on a few things, there have been PLENTY of times that they could have spotted this error. I am so upset about this and will be switching to a different phone company by February 21st (the day my bill is due) if I am not made whole. I advise anyone thinking of switching to T-Mobile to think twice about it, seeing as they clearly have no issue taking the hard-earned money that is not owed to them.

What a great experience I just had upgrading my IPhone with this T-Mobile location! Two very friendly associates greeted me upon entering and immediately listened carefully as I explained what I wanted to do! Mars (short for Marene) explained the options I had for upgrade and made the choices easy to understand. Mars also let me know that there was a promotion to upgrade my Apple Watch! The store manager, Julia was also super helpful and friendly. I didn’t have to wait in a long line and the whole transaction was seamless! I have loved T- Mobile for several years and now I feel like this location is my home for more great service! Thank you Mars & Julia!!!

Hands down, the best customer service I have ever experienced among cellular and internet service providers - ever. The employees at this store are friendly, competent and efficient. They truly value their customers in a sincere way and it shows. Same goes for on-line customer service. I had a very difficult situation with the transfer from another provider and this store did an incredible job facilitating the transfer so that I could be relieved of the stress. T-mobile has won my loyalty!

Fantastic customer service, team let me know about all of the ongoing promotions and products and got me the most valuable deals possible with incredibly helpful staff. The manager Julia went above and beyond and was able to help me come to solutions on my account and get me into an iPad and a watch with my new phone for far less than I expected to spend. HIGHLY recommend.

I came in yesterday to purchase a router since I’m moving in a little over a week. Tony and Cameron were amazing and told me about the savings I’d get when I switched from Verizon to them! I was already considering it, so I left with my router and decided to go back maybe half an hour later and go ahead and switch! I was there for almost 3 hours just chatting with them. There were a few hiccups right at the end with Verizon but there wasn’t a second I wasn’t entertained. I wound up walking out with a lower monthly payment, a brand new iphone 14 with accessories AND an ipad! I really only paid around $80 for everything as they had found amazing deals for me!

After many years with T-Mobil, we decided to continue and upgraded our phones. Julia, precious Mooresville store manager, now @ Hazeldell made the switch to a new plan and added a couple of lines to our account. She promised nothing was going to change, everything was going to be as we had it, the only think that was going to change was going to be the "price" And Surprise , SURPRISE she lied, we set up our account on autopay, it did my happen, our "free" Netflix account was removed. We co reacted her and she said she was unaware of the change, she was going to escalate it call us back once she hears back. It has been over 3 weeks and no call back. I have contacted the store and she is there but not available to come to the phone. Very unprofessional. Will be following up with corporate and BBB.

Drove to multiple t-mobile stores in attempt to find a stock of iPhone 14 Pro Max’s. This store was the only of 5 in the area that did, but the manager quickly turned down our request to upgrade us since we werent adding a line or buying “that many” accessories. Safe to say the professionalism, or lack there of, displayed by him and his employee talitha, will be the reason we will be switching providers. If you are looking to upgrade or start a new service without being pushed to buy product, don’t come here.

Dark in there. Looked closed from the outside. The manager didn't really know the coverage areas or the pricing. Also the coverage is still pretty poor around Carmel unless you are lucky enough to get the 5g.

Noah and Wes at the Hazel Dell location in Noblesville were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. These two went above and beyond to help us transfer a phone number and account to a new phone. They spent hours on their personal phones making phone calls to carriers, trying to locate information, and would not stop until they were able to find us answers. They made a three hour frustrating visit into a day of laughter, joking, and comradery. These two men have a phenomenal work ethic and attitude.
