We ordered a seating chart for our wedding only 9 days away. When we sent it, we didn’t send with the right DPI for the enlarged version we wanted. The resulting products was blurry. Nick stepped in right away to correct the problem. He was sooooo amazing. He helped me troubleshoot, took the time for the file to be resent, changed the DPI himself to ensure the results were what we wanted. He reprinted it while I waited, so I didn’t even have to come back. He was friendly, calm, and professional the entire time. If you are looking for exemplary service, above and beyond, please visit Nick. If I had an opening in my business, I would recruit him! Thank you again Nick!!!!

Worst customer service ever. I've self-printed here countless times and never had an issue. The one time I do have an issue and ask for assistance, I'm told "we're closing and I cannot help you right now". Really? I just paid $1 to print a blank page, and you can't spend one minute of your time helping a repeat customer?! Ridiculous lack of customer service. I'll print and shop for school and electronics elsewhere!

In the current economy consumers don't have money to waste. It is really frustrating and a waste of my time and money to drive to a store based on its listed hours to find out it doesn't open for two more hours. Now I have to spend time and gas driving back later. Five equally as frustrated people came and went and the time I was there.
