Took new pup for first check up. Vet noted he had a racking cough, he did not have a cough. one tooth some tarter. So now I can't get insurance without several exclusions. Did not suggest cleaning his teeth. Told me I could get Trupanion insurance with no exclusions.Trupanion sent me report with several exclusions. Have used them for 12 years, will never use them again. Dont recommend taking a new or old dog to the high priced bandits at vac stoney creek!

We really love the care we receive! Our dog Danika is taken care of well. I especially love the app as I can schedule appointments, ask questions if needed and get medication reminders.

Rude staff, don't come here. you will be over charged and the care you will receive is awful, they don't take responsibility is something goes wrong. i was dismayed by how unprofessional this place was. Very disappointing, never going back. I HAVE NOW HEARD OF SEVERAL CASES WHERE PEOPLES PETS WILL COME OUT WITH FLEAS!! happened to me

I've said it a million times but I will say it again, VCA Stoney Creek treated me and my kitty boy Vern so well. We were in and out on multiple occasions and they were always so patient with me and my thousand questions. And they took care of my boy. He faced some struggles and they were always willing to be there for me and for him. Yesterday on 04/28/2020, my sweet boy lost his battle. VCA has always been so honest and transparent with me and answered my questions, no matte

Love the Drs. and staff at Stoney Creek. They are always very friendly and caring. They go the extra mile to listen and give my animals the best care. I love how they do a follow up call to check on their patients. They treat my pets like they would their own.

Thank you Dr. Morgan for helping BabyBird! After a stressful 2 weeks of trying to figure out what was going on, the lab results revealed the infection BabyBird is fighting. Dr. Morgan was able to narrow down exactly what antibiotic he needs to recover. The staff had been beyond friendly even with all my check in calls to see if results were in. Despite the wait for the results, it was absolutely worth it. Thankful for labs who can figure out infections. I am beyond happy that BabyBird should be okay.

This is the second year I've brought my sweet pup here for his annual check up and for sick pet appointments and I really like this place! Their vets are easy to get an appointment with, they're fair and explain things well offering multiple options for care that are cost conscious and promote minimal intervention for my dog that aren't deemed necessary. Their waiting room is huge, front desk staff are sweet and there's a "mini bar" with snacks and drinks (Keurig) which is really nice. You can tell the vets and vet techs love what they do and are very competent. Wouldn't think of taking my dog anywhere else!

So far I really like going to this veterinary office. It's conveniently located off 37, not far from my house. All the staff have been really nice, and professional. They texted me a couple days later to check on my cat. Pricing isn't too bad. They have a really nice app you can schedule appointments through.

The last 36 hours have been heart wrenching to say the least. Our dog had a simple skin tag removed near her eye & when we brought her home she literally acted as if she were blind. She stared straight ahead, did not focus or tract our hand as we passed it in front of her face. She had little control of her bladder & she has vomited everything from water to food we have given her following the aftercare regime we were given. Her behavior is still quite lethargic 30+ hrs. later. When we called the first time, after bringing her home, we were told to watch her for the overnight. Today we were told to either bring her in or pick up nausea medicine. We have NEVER had a pet come home following surgery in this condition.
