Went to this store. The guy did not know what he was doing. He was on a phone call with his girlfriend.. then he went in back to ask a question and he came out with food in his mouth. And He had an attitude when my husband and I walked in.

I had come to this place before and received good service that's why I came back but today the truth is that it was the opposite, very bad service, we stood in the lobby for 30 minutes and they didn't even turn around to ask us what we needed, my time available to what was coming and I had to leave with nothing, I'm not coming back and I'll tell whoever I can recommend not to do so too.

Have been to this location twice. Once to have my phone get repaired (was sent to bestbuy behind the store) and secondly to upgrade my phone. I called in the morning to check inventory before heading to the store. I was greeted promptly by 'Darion'. He was very helpful and informative when speaking. Later that day, I did go in and meet with Darion. He helped with the tedious process of upgrading my phone & getting a new Apple Watch. Even though some pricing was different, he made sure I was comfortable every step of the process & had no issues switching models. All in all, this is a very great store & a little secluded away so it is not jam-packed inside the small store. I will give props to Darion once again. He is a VERY great employee to have and is very informative on current technology. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE

It took me days to get my phone unlocked and numbers ported over, mostly due to a serious lack of helpfulness by my previous carrier. T-Mobile was consistently professional, helpful, and understanding throughout the process. Kari, Jake, and other staff members were knowledgeable and put a great deal of effort into getting us successfully transferred to T-Mobile with original phone numbers intact.

I had a great experience at this store after having a HORRIBLE experience at the HTC store. I purchased a new iPhone in November 2021 on promotion if I swapped my old phone out. I was told they would process the $600 difference once the old phone was received back. The phone got "lost" and I have been battling trying to get the refund ever since. It has taken nearly 10 months, at least a dozen calls to the 1800 # and 6 visits to these two stores. Carrie understood my frustration and did everything she could to help me. She got in touch with the territory manager and finally got him to do something. Thanks, Carrie for caring about your customers and their experience. I was ready to be done with Sprint all together.

I want to ensure the correct associate gets proper credit for the great customer service that was provided. I went in on Tuesday night November 2nd. The assistant manager, I believe her name was Amanda provided possibly the best service I have ever received. She spent a lot of time helping me get my new phone set up and my information transfered from my old phone. She took the time to explain everything in regular terms that I could understand. She was very helpful in making sure I understood everything. Highly recommend this location.

told me they couldn’t help and said a corporate store would. they sent me to noblesville (not a corporate store) and they told me that i could’ve been helped here in the first place. very frustrating. i will not be going back here.

Had a great a experience here! And got everything i needed in one stop!! Ayisha and Jake were more then helpful! Ayisha being the only one able to do the major parts, because Jake just started who did a great job helping with what he could, but not only was she able to help me and other customers out, she was also making sure to teach and show Jake the ropes!!. Thanks again Tmobile and this location for the help. I'm from Michigan and got lucky with my first store choice!

Went to T-Mobile today to buy 4 items and spent around $1800 + on product. Shay felt like she had to tell me “Im not trying to be rude but every time you open the door I’m supposed to sell you $100 of stuff” when I ran to my car to grab my elderly mother a water bottle. Very rude as I didn’t hear her tell any of the other customers about her quotas. Also Matthew was helping us and doing an excellent and polite job all on his own so it didn’t seem as though her input was needed at all. My second star is only for Matthew and his Patience with my family, which I am grateful for. I’ve been shopping at this location for three years and I will unfortunately not be going to this location for any other purchases or upgrades. And I’ll drive a little bit further to a location where my business is Appreciated.
