Possibly the best customer service I've ever had. Went into the store with an urgent situation needing to add a phone for my nephew and all the options online would have taken weeks. I was greeted by Cameron and explained the situation and he went right to work on finding a solution. Alex got involved and found the phone I was looking for at another location and personally drove to pick up the phone for me while I finished the paperwork. Less than 30 minutes later I was on my way home with a new phone and and experience that left me wondering why more companies don't go above and beyond anymore.

I was in a day ago with a sort of complicated and unusual problem. My phone wouldn't connect to any cellular service despite trying every troubleshooting method I could. I believe the lady who helped me was Vernita, she was very helpful and spent 2 hours working with me to fix my phone. She had a lengthy conversation with Sprint customer care, something I could've done myself, and finally, after trying again on the phone with Sprint & with a new sim card, she got it reconnected. Nigel was also present and allowed me to use their store phone to let my work know what was happening. The store manager, I cannot remember his name, was also very helpful despite working with other customers throughout as well. Everything I needed was out of any realm of knowledge they had been taught (they hadn't seen this problem before)..so they did everything they could to still assist me and it worked ?Thanks, guys!

The employee there refused to do an upgrade for us unless we got the maintenance plan. They said we could cancel after 3 months. Called another store and confirmed that was not the case. Turns out they get a bonus for each one they sell. You shouldn't need to lie and manipulate customers to sell them a plan.

I'm a new customer with t-mobile, when I walked in Nigel G a mobile expert instantly greeted me, and was very helpful. He went above and beyond to take care of my needs as a customer. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the service I had. I appreciate you so much Nigel G for going above and beyond to help me out. Every one was helpful Trysten and Krystina was all great deal of help!

I wish I could give this place negative stars for the awful treatment. I wanted to take advantage of a promotion, initially I was told that they couldn't find my trade in listed as part of the promotion and that I would have to discuss with the TMobile online people. Having had phones damaged or lost in the past, I didn't want to take that route, and it wasn't my fault that the company neglected to make that an option for the store to select for trade. I had already driven to three other TMobile stores that said that had the phone I wanted only to find that each store had not updated the inventory. After talking with corporate about the experience, instead of fixing their end, they wanted me to cave and get it online. I want comfortable with that and instead went home. After getting home corporate told me that they had spoken with the store and believed they had fixed the issue, I called to see if they could check before I drove back to the store and he said he couldn't check over the phone. I went into the store and told him that he needed to select other carrier to see the model I had to trade, he refused and repeatedly stated that "it isn't there I don't know what to tell you."I asked him again to do what corporate had told him to do and he again refused ( This after being rude and demeaning on the phone). That night corporate called and said they believed that the store on 96th knew what needed to be done and were waiting for me. I arrived and an hour later left with the new phone.1. When corporate gives you a workaround, don't be arrogant about it and ignore it.2. When a customer is frustrated, the least helpful thing is to yell at them to calm down. I kept my stuff together after driving around for two days.3. If the promotion is offered and the issue is at your end, it would be helpful to go out of your way to make it right! You didn't and it was an awful experience.I do not recommend trading phones here!
