They don't care about there employees. Telling some of them the won't get a bonus but yet can buy a Massage chair. Spill coffee on a kid.Don't change the kid or notify the parents.Parents found out when they got home from the kid.

This is the cleanest and most fresh prescjool I have ever visited. My children are as clean coming home as when I send them in the morning. The lessons and care are exceptional

I had high expectations for the teachers at the school, but yesterday I saw how two of them appeared to be on their lunch break as they smoked or vaped in the parking lot before going inside the building. Parents, avoid letting your children be around the teacher with a balayage hairstyle and the other teacher with black hair and green bangs!

LOVE the family place!! All 3 of my kids go here and it has been amazing. The teachers and staff are all wonderful, and Mama C is such a great person. My kids have been learning so much and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my babies!

As a first time mom I was very nervous to put my son in daycare. However, the Family Place has made it a wonderful experience. From the first tour I felt an immediate comfort with having them care for my son. He is now almost 6 months old and has been going for 3 months. He is a happy baby and always smiles when I drop him off. All the teachers know his name. I love the daily reports we get that show his activities, eating, and napping schedule. When I go to pick him up I can tell that all the other kids really enjoy being here and overall as a parent that’s all I would want for my child. I couldn’t recommend The Family Place enough.

I appreciate The Family Place and the foundation that is set for the children that they care for. My oldest's 2nd grade teacher was extremely impressed that she is reading words off the 6th grade word list, and I know that the foundation this program set helped boost her eagerness for learning. My youngest is thriving as well and talks about her "old school in Indiana" a lot. Her language skills are excellent for an almost 4yr old, so much so that most people think she is a little older. Kepp up the great work! We are #ForeverFamily with The Family Place.

We had been through many daycares in town who gave up on my son or asked that we put him on medication. This was finally the place that recognized him for who he was, a little boy with high energy. They gave him the attention/direction he needed to excel and prepare for kindergarten. He and I have a much better home life now too. The more open structure here allows the kids to be who they are, not just another student. I love seeing their smiling faces on the posts each day, as they learn new things.I can’t say enough positive things about Mommy C and her staff. I am so grateful for them as I watch my son get ready to start elementary school next week.

We had really high hopes after the initial tour. Kids that ran up to us seemed engaged and Mommy C very connected to everything happening in the classrooms. We made the decision for our two year old to attend The Family Place that same day.And... We lasted 4 weeks before pulling him out. For our child, this atmosphere was stressful; although he could not tell us this, he certainly showed us through whining, tantrums, and behavioral changes. A few weeks after terminating care at TFP, he went back to his normal, easy-going, playful, friendly self. A month after, we enrolled him with another facility, and he continues to thrive there. This is open information, but here are some things to keep in mind that I wish we'd have paid closer attention to:- TFP is a registered ministry, not a childcare facility. Standards of operation and oversight are different.- The open floor plan environment has its ups and downs. All teachers know who your child is, but none of them (from our 4 weeks there) form a bond with them. You don't meet your child's instructor(s), just MommyC. You drop off and pick them up at the door (unless you have an infant).- Your line of communication is through the director of the school. Yep, just one person. She is brilliant and will answer your questions, but works typical business hours and will remind you of this every time.- You will not know what your child eats during the day. They have a set standard they go with, which is fine, but in case you care what they eat to ensure variety between school and home... You're out of luck.- They do not provide daily updates of activities or lesson plans. I think this is particularly tough if your child is still learning to talk. They do have a FB page where you can scroll through hundreds of photos of other peoples' kids in hopes of finding one of yours.- They do a monthly evaluation of your child's development, but don't share what they're evaluating or how your child does. Once a month, this takes place of their weekly 'report card.' This report card is kind of a joke anyway, but it's the only information about your child that you will get. It is distributed only during weeks that your child attends ALL days (so no sick days ever!). We received one 'report card' in our 4 weeks there.- They do laundry in case your child gets dirty and keep those clothes within their rotation.- The caretakers are expected to clean toys during/after their shifts. My kid brought home what felt like the plague on his first week.- Their playground is pretty pathetic. If it were an amazing facility, whatever... But in hindsight, I feel this is reflective of their standards.Overall, our experience was traumatic and I would personally not recommend this place... But all children (and parents) are different. Just come equipped with all the information, and good luck in your childcare search (it's tough)!

Since moving back to the area, my daughter has attended two different early enrichment academies. If you want your child to excel emotionally and academically, then The Family Place Early Enrichment Academy Inc is the only place you will need to consider in the Fishers and Noblesville’s area. I can attest that each student receives an individual learning plan for success. For example, we receive a weekly assessment of what has been covered and what activities we should continue to work on with our daughter.I will also say that MommyC and the rest of the team are the difference. They maintain a small student-teacher ratio to keep the children engaged. Outside of receiving a good education, our child can eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as snacks at the facility. They know how to take care of small children, including washing your child’s spare clothes on-site to prevent you from sending another batch of clothing. Furthermore, you should not expect any phone calls unless there is a real emergency; therefore, your child’s time will be well spent on learning.

Both my kids have been attending the Family Place for years and not only have they loved it, but my wife and I have loved it as well. They are learning like crazy and most importantly having fun. Every single employee has been a delight to speak to and very professional and caring. Would highly suggest!

I couldn't be happier and feel more comfortable dropping my daughter off anywhere else. The care here is truly unmatched and I appreciate each and every staff member for loving on my little one like she is their own.

This might be long, but important. My daughter has had some behavioral issues since she could walk. That being said, she then had struggles in daycare and preschool both. To the point where she was asked to leave or we made the mutual decision to withdraw. This effected my daughter quite a bit. Behaviors became worse. It got to a point where home and school both were equally challenging for her, her sister and myself. The daily calls from the school were very stressful and started to interfere with my work. After the last failed attempt at preschool (3rd one, very well known places), we happened to find The Family Place. I went in and met with Mommy C. Immediately I loved everything about her and this place, however I was uncertain how my daughter would do, since the previous 3 were not successful. I was very honest with Mommy C about my daughter and her struggles, she was undeterred.Fast forward to today- My daughter is not only thriving but she absolutely loves The Family Place. She loves her friends, the teachers and Mommy C. She actually told me just yesterday "Mommy, I think this school really helped me!".Each day when I pick her up she is smiling so bright. She has more self confidence, more self control and is genuinely happier. This decision has been such an awesome experience for us. The Family Place has been invaluable to our family. My only regret is that we didn't find The Family Place sooner. My daughter is excited and more than ready for Kindergarten, thanks to the Family Place. She is looking forward to returning next summer to the Leading The Pack program at The Family Place. We will never be able to thank this place enough for their love, kindness, patience and tolerance. They have made all the difference. Wish I could give them a million stars.

Management is awful, let’s workers go into work when they have covid since they “paycheck matters more than other peoples opinions”. Do not send your kids here as the owner clearly doesn’t care for them.

As a teacher and a parent with The Family Place I see and feel everything this place has to offer. The first thing that captivated me about The Family Place was the cleanliness; I believe for a child to thrive they need a clean environment. The training I received at the beginning was thorough and if i didnt understand something the executive team did a great job explaining in more detail how to do something. We continue our training throughout the year via meetings and online classes to ensure we are the best at what we do. The teachers are responsible for all cleaning throughout the building which ensures everything is being cleaned and disinfected to the standards Mommy C requires. We teach through play which keeps the children engaged and happy and it also gives plenty of opportunity for physical activity. Since we are able to keep ratios low, we have more of an opportunity to prepare individualized lessons. The Family Place was created for families to have somewhere safe, loving, and educational to leave their children while they work; it not only meets those expectations but surpasses them. I love being a part of this team, this Family. As a parent of an only child and someone who was a stay at home mom for the first two years I was very nervous to have my child in any setting other than my home. The time came where he needed to be in a daycare. He started here when he was 3 and has absolutely blown me away with how much he has learned. He is 4 now and can write his name and say his full name. He is learning sign language which is something I was never even taught in school. He was not potty trained before starting here so he did Mommy C's 3 day potty training program and nailed it! Only 2 accidents the entire 3 days. The teachers are patient with him when he is upset and gives him hugs when he is sad. It is truly a family atmosphere and somewhere I can have my child and not be constantly worrying if he is being taken care of or being loved.
