This is the worst service I've ever had. One service rep pointed us in the general direction of the product we were looking for. When we had questions, she had disappeared. After searching the store, we found another person to ask for assistance, and she told us she would be over after she finished stocking the shelves. After about 5 minutes, we left.
Any vendors offering products here should pull their cosmetic line. I'll order on line directly from the supplier in the future.
Ultra sucks in the service department. Never going back.

I had such an amazing experience today! Heather and Lindsey were both so sweet, helpful, and full of great knowledge. I’ve been using Estée Lauder and Clinique for years, and they really know their stuff. Super bubbly, fun to talk to, and never pushy, just genuinely wonderful to work with! I shop at many Ulta locations, but this will be my new go to store!!! Thank you ladies!!!

They had the doors locked 10 minutes before 8 and I drove 25 minutes to get there and they would not let me in.

This five star review is based upon the Benefit Brow Bar and the excellent services offered by Kate V. She tints, waxes and laminates my brows. You won’t find anyone in the area better than her.

Customer service was horrible. Couldn’t find any employees to help with finding a product, the building was ridiculously hot, and the cashier Makenna was rude and dismissive.

The customer service is horrible. I've come to this location numerous times and I have only been asked if I needed assistance once. Everyone else just walks around pretending to fix something, makes occasional eye contact and then looks away like they don't want to be there or assist. Customer service training needs to be refreshed!

I decided it was a time for a trim. I stopped in the HTC ulta to see if they could do a walk in. 4 salon employees were huddled in a circle. I had left work and through my hair in a messy bun it was not cute but that is why I came. One of the employess with the copper hair and nose ring turns and greets me with a friendly tone. She remained pleasant the entire time and is not the reason I am writing this. The other three started talking about me when I spelled my last name that is an Iran name and my married name. I totally saw one of them say OMG...... and something about my name. The entire time I am standing there these three women we discussing my name and dicussing how bad my hair looked... THE one kept saying OMG...... and the other two were like. OH I KNOW..... I am 51 I was in shock of what to do. So I booked an appointment for a few days out and totally did not go back. I remained pleasant for the young lady at the registar who clearly heard and was a little taken back too but she was pleasant and so was I. I considered just pushing on and going to my appointment because I still need the service but I could not in good faith walk in there again. Those women need a manager to set them straight on how to act towards others...... OR at least don't let them stand in a circle and gossip like middle schoolers.

Everyone here is rude for no good reason. I try to be nice but then get faced with awful attitude all the time.
I don't think this will ever change.
I learned to either shop somewhere else online, or just be patient and swallow the insults from the associates in this store.

usually i love this ulta, but today i have a very rude worker talk to me after asking a simple question. i am personally in costumer service, and this was a very inappropriate way to talk to anyone let alone a costumer.. it was a shorter dirty blonde middle aged women by the tarte section, did not catch her name.
