I went to Ulta yesterday evening, I was not greeted when I walked in, no associate was willing to help me while I was looking and some associates ignored me when looked to for assistance. But the cashier was very kind and soft spoken and they have decent variety but I’ve seen better. I shouldn’t have to walk in wearing my work clothes to get treated properly. I only brought two things because I couldn’t get any assistance ?

I like how they have enough choices for everyone one. Prices varies too. With any budget, you will find what you are looking for.The also has a great fragrance and colognes collection. Most of the time, they have a coupon on the website, and my recommendation to check their website to save extra.I have never tried their hair salaon, but many people like them over there.

Employee followed my sister and I down several aisles and made our experience extremely uncomfortable. I literally went back down an aisle I had already been in and she still followed us there. Called security within earshot, then waited by the door while we were checking out. Spent less money than we intended to going into the store because we were uncomfortable and left.

I had the worst experience I e ever had in my life at Ulta in Noblesville Indiana today.We drove down to Noblesville for my daughters birthday and rented a hotel across from HTC to swim and shop for her birthday. She had four 10 yr old friends with us from the moment we walked in the store two employees followed the girls in every single isle they went into. I was in a different isle looking and one of the girls called me and was freaking out because a lady was following them around the store so they wanted to know where I was and came to me so I told them to just stay with me. I get a phone call from my son so I start asking him what he needs, the girls are standing in a circle and a lady named Alexis approaches them and tells them “Not to steal, it’s not nice” and says it again. My girls come tell me and I said who said that to you? Alexis hears me and then says “ Do we have a problem here?” I said “ I don’t know, do we?” I wanted to know why she was approaching the girls and saying that while another lady followed them? Alexis gets loud with Me and says she’s just trying to stop people from stealing. I asked her are you saying my girls are stealing? She then says “ are you accusing me of saying that?” I was like, you are insinuating that they are. Another lady Jenny walks up maybe the manager not sure, did absolutely nothing. Told Alexis to go sit down meanwhile one girl is crying she’s so upset my daughter is begging to leave. I tell everyone to put their stuff up and leave. These girls all had their own money it was my daughters birthday and it was unacceptable behavior from some employees at Ulta today. I understand some kids probably do go in with not good intentions but NOT my girls today. Unacceptable! I will also reach out to Corporate.

I was welcomed and the employees let me be without too much interference. When I needed a question answered, someone was nearby and ready to help. Bonus that they actually had my items in stock—the same conditioner and go-to purple shampoo I’ve been using the last 6 years.

My family and I have been going to Ulta for over 15 years and never have I ever been treated like I was today. No one greeted us, everyone was just staring at us, the cashier (Stephanie) was so unbelievably rude and displeasing by far the worst encounter I have had with someone. She didn’t say anything except “phone number”. That was all other than the annoyed look on her face. Coming from customer service background this was absolutely embarrassing for the business and hope the employees who maintain professionalism are appreciated.

This is soooo long overdue but has been on my mind since 10/31/22. I was attending a wedding nearby on Halloween and wanted to get my hair done beforehand. I booked an appointment with Cory E. I explained what I wanted and she delivered! Not sure what products she used but my hair stayed put and looked natural, not stiff at the wedding. And best of all, with a little fluff, the style stayed the same the next morning when my husband and I left to flew back home to AZ. I have been meaning to write this review ever since. Cory did an outstanding job on my hair! I highly recommend her! Cory is very experienced and knows her products! Prices were reasonable as well. Next time I am out in Noblesville, I will be making a hair appointment with Cory! :)

Was looking to spend my giftcard I had gotten for Christmas and the customer service was horrible. I had to ask two people for help and first lady was no help. The second lady ignored me completely when I was talking to her. I ended up leaving all together. I’ve never ever experienced customer service so badly at an Ulta before so it was disappointing.

I have a medical disability that gives me seizures, nose bleeds, fainting spells, oxygen deprivation, and tachycardia when I am around certain turpines (these are commonly found in synthetic fragrances, cleaners, and even food colorings) basically I don't get out much, but I was on my way home from work and stopped into Ulta with a friend, I only needed one thing. I thought I would be okay for a couple minutes. I found out the line was very long, I didn't want to ask to skip the line because I felt that would be very unfair. So I asked one of the employees if it would be possible for me to buy my one item online and then instead of filling it for me to leave with the item I had. She said she needed to ask her manager. When the manager came she said I was stealing?!? I told her about my medical issues and instead of just saying it wouldn't be possible she said I'm stealing! Not even I WOULD be stealing, BUT THAT I WAS ACTUALLY STEALING!! so I told my friend we would have to just go, but if that wasn't enough, she walked three steps behind us all the way back to the items location for me to put it back, and then out the door!!! I was so embarrassed, there was no reason she couldn't just say "no we can't do that" I understand she may have been busy, or having a bad day, but honestly if my friend hadn't been wearing dark makeup and ripped tights I don't think she would have treated me that way and that is just mean
