Collin helped my mom and i yesterday 4/5/25. He was the only person there and my mom needed something notarized and copied and sent certified. There was a long line forming and he was so incredible patient with her and even went and got a chair for her to sit on while he completed the very tedious tasks. He was fantastic. Rare to find a young man so helpful, patient and exact.

The professionalism and refreshing personalities of the employees as well as fast and efficient process. Everyone is fully trained in Amazon or Temu returns. Also every employee that I have interacted with at this location is patient, friendly and seems to enjoy working with customers. I can always count on the same quality repeat experience as a customer.

I will NEVER utilize store 2443 ever again! Went in on a Saturday and paid for two day shipping to get an important item to my hotel for a customer presentation. The two day was to get the package there by Tuesday, end of day. When I went to track the item on Tuesday, it showed the package missed the cutoff for second day. This is all on the UPS Store! I was there early in day and they are so disorganized that they messed up my shipment. This cost me a lot with this customer! Frankly, I may just start utilizing FedEx for I’ve yet to have an issue with them. Horrible UPS Store!
3/4/25 update: I had an Amazon return drop off for my wife, so I thought I’d try them one with a second day air shipment. They screwed up again…unbelievable to be honest. Instead of the package being delivered on Wednesday, they missed the window again and it is being delivered on Thursday. I’m tired of paying for specific deliveries and they end up being late. Nobody from this store has contacts me..what poor management!

Went to return an Amazon package, as I have 20 times before, and I was told it would cost 4.00 to print a return label???????? Since when??? Y’all need to address this because Amazon says it’s free…. As it has been for the last 5 years at least! Bye Bye UPS on Logan Street!!!
