I called to gather records for a pet and was greeted with such a rude and dismissive demeanor, I hope their in person service is better than over the phone. Very disappointing

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lempert today who saw my ferret. All the staff were caring and friendly. They were able to squeeze me into the schedule, and even got me in earlier than planned. Dr. Lempert was very knowledgeable and compassionate. She was quick to diagnose too! Prices are very reasonable. Thank you so much!

This is one of the best practices around. All of the staff is so kind and they are so helpful and accommodating to all sorts of people, animals, and certain situations. I will definitely be coming back, everyone was so amazing.

I cannot say enough good things about this Animal Hospital! Specifically Dr. Lempert… an absolute angel! One of the kindest humans I have ever met. She took the BEST care of my kitten, and thoroughly explained our treatment plan and answered all my questions. She had a beautiful demeanor that made me feel at ease. Everyone here is just fabulous, and I highly recommend them for your pet’s care!

The worst place to go. I would never trust these people with my dog and new born pups if my life depended on it.

Took new pup for first check up. Vet noted he had a racking cough, he did not have a cough. one tooth some tarter. So now I can't get insurance without several exclusions. Did not suggest cleaning his teeth. Told me I could get Trupanion insurance with no exclusions.Trupanion sent me report with several exclusions. Have used them for 12 years, will never use them again. Dont recommend taking a new or old dog to the high priced bandits at vac stoney creek!

I began using this hospital for my dog from her very first appointments. During both of my first two visits for vaccines, I was told that the monthly care plan was retroactive at any time if I chose to continue to use them for future services and when I am ready, they will sign me up and everything I paid in would be applied retroactively. Being a very busy person I took this to heart and thought it was a great idea and service. I needed to get in and out and paid in full after the first two visits to see how my experiences would be. On my 3rd visit, I asked them to enroll in this plan. I was told something new about this plan. I was told it is only retroactive if done within 30 days meaning any of the in full payments that I made would not be applied to my care plan anymore. These are two very different things from when I was told on my first two visits. I was willing to overlook the error or miscommunication but when I politely asked to speak to someone about this they acted immediately like they were defensive and blunt. The receptionist Michelle was very rude and interrupting me as I tried to tell them that their employee told me at both visits, “the care plan is retroactive at any time.” She was blunt and didn’t care. I asked to speak to the manager and Michelle and she refused to empathize or apologize for the error and was also only interrupted me while I tried to explain and ask questions. Any time I spoke, they would cut me off and didn’t care. Why would I choose to enroll in an ongoing monthly plan with you when I have only done business with you 2 times plus if you tell me I can enroll retroactive at any time, I am going to try you out and see how things go. I am glad I did not sign up now after my 3rd visit you treated me terribly. That’s too bad because you lost all of my figure business and I will make sure I tell everyone in my community that they should avoid your hospital. All you needed to do was empathize with me a little, apologize and do something to make this right. Instead you lost a customer and probably many future customers because of this review. There are plenty of veterinarians in Fishers IN. You can certainly find a better place to care for your pets.

Rude staff, don't come here. you will be over charged and the care you will receive is awful, they don't take responsibility is something goes wrong. i was dismayed by how unprofessional this place was. Very disappointing, never going back. I HAVE NOW HEARD OF SEVERAL CASES WHERE PEOPLES PETS WILL COME OUT WITH FLEAS!! happened to me

This is now a corporate vet. It used to be so great, years ago. We kept taking our pets there but need to move on. Now that VCA owns it the prices are ridiculously high and the quality of care is just okay. We're taking our vets to somewhere with reasonable prices, and where there is a pride of ownership with better customer service.

I can not speak more highly of these amazing people. My dog River had been showing signs of distress for about 2 weeks. Rapid breathing, wheezing, coughing, lethargy etc. I had taken him to 3 different vets in those 2 weeks and they all told me he had an infection. They never took x rays, never did an exam that lasted over 30 seconds. They wrote us off. I finally took him to Stoney creek VCA and they immediately did X rays of his chest. They found what the doctor thought was a tumor on his heart. They instantly sent us to the Advanced VCA in Fishers. We got in right away. The vet there did more testing and an ultrasound. They found that River had an enlarged heart and was in heart failure. This was absolutely heartbreaking considering I rescued him only 5 months ago and he is only 4 years old. The vet prescribed him a medication that he will take daily for the rest of his life. Prognosis is not great but I am just happy to have him home and comfortable with us. We can already tell a difference in him with this medication and it’s only been 3 days! I can not speak highly enough about Dr. Blackburn from Stoney Creek VCA and Dr. Szilagyi from Advanced VCA. Thank you for taking River’s symptoms seriously unlike the previous vets we had been to. Thank you for answering our millions of questions. Thank you for saving his life. We will be forever in debt to you.
