Sir-Braelynn D was an incredible help. He was assisting an elderly lady who was hesitant on changing her her phone and he reassured and saw her through the whole process so she could FaceTime her grandkids. In the mean time he got my husband started on his phone claim and asked me questions about my phone. He went out of his to drive to another store to pick up a phone I needed for business since mine crashed and they didn't have it in stocks. He was a multi-tasker, polite and went above and beyond for us and the lady before us. Excellent job!!

We have been with Verizon for over 20 years and never had a problem that couldn't be rectified, until now. Over a year ago, one of the employees took a phone that we turned in and didn't put it in the system right and it still shows we have it and we owe on it. I paid cash for the second new phone. The one I turned in was defective and we did put it on the payment plan. (How is it not in the system when it's defective??) The employee never took it off our account, so we are still paying on it even though we have brought in proof of both sales AND said employee is no longer employed there. I'm at my wits end and I'm now contemplating legal action. I think I have been patient enough. I hate this because they have always treated us right. I hope others have a better experience.

Our experience was Fantastic!!! Sir- Braelynn D was so helpful and helped us in every way he possibly could to get us what we wanted. I fully recommend coming to Verizon for the best customer service and the best deals!
