Horrible customer service. My rep was a tall black man with glasses working on 2/3/2024. Went in to the HTC store to trade in my series 7 apple watch for a SE. He was rude and grabbed my phone out of my hand when I didn’t know how to unpair my Apple Watch with my Iphone. Then he failed to tell me that it would cost me $10 a month for service on the watch, which I didn’t need. He was short and didn’t explain anything. He talked to me like I was an idiot. I told him I didn’t need service on my watch and he proceeded to rudely tell me that “ I should have just gone the Best Buy if that’s what I wanted”. Moral of the story, employees here are super rude.

Don't go here unless you are wanting to buy something. They won't help help or give you advice on damaged devices or help troubleshooting any problems in 2 of my experiences. Olio verizon way more helpful for things!

This store...........I came with them to port a number from Visible, they tried 4 consecutive days and never can activate it.They charged me $98 dollars for a Verizon number, that number never been used or activated and now they don't want to refund my money back, even after the Mannager of the store told me he will do it if the process fail.Now there's another mannager at the store and he's making me call verizon financial services.I basically being charged with $98 dollars for a service they couldn't activate.

Absolutely ridiculous...waited 42 minutes with several people coming and going, while employees standing around talking... helpful when buying the $2000 phone, but zero after that!

I went in 3 separate times to attempt to transfer a line. Turned away twice to call customer service, third time they just gave me the store phone to call customer service myself while store employees had a nice conversation amongst themselves.Go to a different store if you want help. Thanks for nothing.

Zero customer service....I am not even sure if the woman I talked to cared at all about representing VW for as much as she cared about assisting us. Maybe they should close this useless "corporate" store and put in more public restrooms..?

Great customer service! I was helped a couple months ago and have been meaning to write a review. I had great help from a young lady who appeared to be the manager with how well she knew her stuff. She helped me sink my watch to my phone and then also helped us get better internet connection for our home. She was quick, personable, and professional. Highly recommend-thank you!

Staff was extremely helpful. My phone finally died on me snd I needed a new one. In android out in less than 30 minutes. I knew what I wanted, there was no pressure in deviating from what I wanted.

Great staff, friendly and as helpful as they can be. Tried out the new 5g home internet and the service was very inconsistent so I wanted to return and cancel the service. Verizon has perfected how to make it incredibly difficult to cancel and return equipment. While the home 5g internet is an awesome concept, the technology simply doesn’t work as promised. The ability to cancel and return equipment shouldn’t be such a chore. For those reasons I highly recommend avoiding Verizon 5g home internet!

We had the best experience with Eli this weekend. He went above and beyond in so many ways, however I want to highlight a few. 1) Eli was covering another store and stayed over with us 15 minutes after they closed and then 2) He arranged an appt with us the next day at a location closer to us to complete the transaction then 3) Eli went out of his way to reserve the new 14 pro for me at another location that had it in stock!He was friendly, knowledgeable, super laid back and not pushy at all.
