This is been my pharmacy since we moved to Noblesville 14 years ago, and to be honest I used to love it. We have always used Walgreens as it was always easy to pick up prescriptions when we moved from city to city or when we were out of town and transfer without hassle. I know that everyone is struggling with staffing, but this pharmacy is an absolute nightmare. I know the staff is doing the best that they can, but I am transferring my prescriptions to Kroger where they are open on weekends and from what I understand have far better customer service.

Derelict building looks terrible on the outside and the store is un kept. Would be shocked if they kept it in business. CVS is better.

The woman talked to me like I was stupid when she said I didn’t have a picture order. She argued with me for 10 minutes after I showed her confirmation that I paid and it was ready. I called for a manager and the manager was able to find my stuff. The staff member didn’t apologize to me. My spouse had to put all the stuff down because nobody was going to help her or check her out. This store is terrible. No customer service and no respect.

This Walgreens location is absolutely horrid. They're rude & unprofessional. The store manager Jamie & pharmacist Carrie are less to be desired. Both are so incompetent!!!

I am so over this pharmacy. Just yesterday I got a new script for a Verio Flex monitor. I noticed while in store they didn't have any. Instead- they kept trying to give me just the Verio. I explained to them the reason my doc even wrote a script for this was so I could use the app. I called them when I got home after I saw they were going to give me the Verio that I didn't want that and I saw they had it at other locations. The person I talked to on the phone said she would call the other locations if she had time and would call me back. Never called! I called back again today and told them the same thing all over. I got transferred to the pharmacist and she told me to call one of the other locations and the could give it to me. To make a long story short because there is more drama related to this- I finally got the correct monitor at another location. Then- when I came to this pharmacy to get the rest of my scripts- they didn't give me my new test strips. This pharmacy ALWAYS seems super busy. Another customer was pissed off on this visit. I think I'm going to start going to the other location I visited today to get my monitor.
