“It's so convenient to have the option to drop off Amazon returns at Kohls. I also like the Kohl's pickup process here: checking in through the mobile app and then finding my order in the bins. It's more efficient. When I've had items to return, the customer service counter employees are so friendly. There is a bit of a wait at times, but their friendliness makes up for it. There is ample parking and it's on the other side of the marketplace from where the Walmart is, so it's less busy with traffic, which is nice.”

“I cannot begin to sing the praises of Silvia enough! She was the biggest help I have ever had with finding a bra! I went in on Sunday during the $29 bra sale and it was so busy that she scheduled a one-on-one appointment with me so that we could find just the right bra for MY body.
I have been on a search for the perfect bra for about 3 years. Turns out, if you get properly fitted and have an expert like Silvia helping, it IS possible to have really good quality, properly fitted bras! I am so thankful for her help and kindness today! I'll definitely be a repeat customer!”

Today, Belinda walked out of the store with an iPad jacket-less in an 18F weather and trodding over a mountain of snow after a winter storm, to save me from taking my 4 and 6 yrs old (who are improperly dressed) through that journey to make my purchase. What Belinda didn’t know is that this purchase was an urgent request from my mom who is in the hospital being treated for leukemia. Be kind, it does make a difference.”

“This store has a very large selection of casual and formal wear. I was very impressed by just how much they have here. It was a lot bigger inside than I expected it to be from the outside. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with redeeming my coupon. Many patrons that came in while I was there, they knew by name. That's definitely not something you see a lot of at a chain clothing store. It helped me to feel very welcome.”
“I, always, love shopping at Buckle at Hamilton Town Center! They're all a class act, there! Today, I saw this really sharp skirt on one of the managers. She looked great in it so I wanted to try it. But they didn't have my size. She was wearing the size I needed. She had just purchased it recently, wearing it for the first time. She offered it to me to try on and it fit great so I wanted to order. Unfortunately, That size was sold out. long story short, she offered it to me to purchase. :))) I was like no way. You look great in it! But she was certain the next size up would work for her. Great customer service! Great people!!”
“My daughter had to exchange an item she had previously bought. I had never been to this Old Navy but I really liked it. It is a fairly big store and it has a wide variety of clothing and shoes and other items. It also had good sale & clearance items at good discounts especially the clearance items were marked way down to very affordable prices. I got a nice pair of summer sandals for two dollars. We were on our way to a concert so I really didn't get to shop for very long but I would like to return to this store and take advantage of their good prices and good sales. Sorry I don't have any photos inside of the store. But it is located in a very nice area with many other good brand stores around it in a plaza type setting.”
