“This is such a cute shop! It's well-curated and the owners seemed fun and were engaging with customers. We stopped in right before Christmas and it was busy with shoppers. They carry bohemian brands such as Free People and have both clothes and gifts. The decor and lighting were fun, as well as the displays. While we didn't buy anything this time around (I had a baby in tow and time was ticking for him - haha), I can't wait to come back soon.”

“This is a fun and unique store to buy gifts or even load up on some unique jewelry or clothing items for yourself. I love that the owner works with designers in England to bring back their items here to the states. One of my favorite items was a sling bag with floral print and a Keep Calm bag in a gray wash canvas with the British flag. I can't wait to make another visit to see what new items are in.”

“Clean store good bargains. I hate how they come ask what you are looking for but know they have to. I just don't like feeling like being asked 100 questions when I'm there to look I like to ask for help if I need it. But, the staff in there is friendly. They need more handicapped stalls in dressing rooms because they gave it to an able bodied shopper and my choices was wait forever or struggle in the small stall which I did.”

“We tried to use Yancey's Apparel for our wedding tuxedos, but due to a logistical problem on my end it didn't work out. Mr. Yancey was still incredibly professional about the situation and he held no ill will. Yancey's offerings were very nice looking and I still would have preferred to use him, but alas! I highly recommend Yancey's for anyone looking for a spiffy outfit in the central Indiana area!”

“I recently ordered some hard-to-find shampoo on the JCPenney website and had it shipped to the store to avoid shipping charges that almost cost as much as the shampoo. I placed my order on Jan. 4 and didn't get my ready for pickup email until Jan. 15, which I thought was a little slow--but it wasn't something I needed urgently, so I let that slide. The ready for pickup email had a convenient link to allow me to choose between coming inside to pick up the item or using their curbside service. I decided to try curbside, pulled into one of their clearly-marked spaces in the parking lot (this area is in the large parking lot that is shared with Ulta, Red Robin, etc. - not on the other side of the building), and told them which space I was parked in. I waited about 10 minutes and then checked the web page I'd used to check in. There was an error in red that said "We're having some trouble, please continue to wait or try again later." I decided to just go inside to see if I could quickly grab my item, but the lines were really long, so I just left and went home. About 5 minutes later, I got a call from a JCP associate apologizing for not being able to get my item out to me more quickly. I wasn't able to run back over there, but I went back the next day and repeated the curbside process, and this time I had my item within minutes. Overall, I think this was a positive experience and think it's a good place to consider when you're shopping around for bargains--they often seem to have really good sales and coupons on top of those sales.”

“This store has a very large selection of casual and formal wear. I was very impressed by just how much they have here. It was a lot bigger inside than I expected it to be from the outside. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with redeeming my coupon. Many patrons that came in while I was there, they knew by name. That's definitely not something you see a lot of at a chain clothing store. It helped me to feel very welcome.”

“My teenage son and I had a fantastic shopping experience at the Noblesville, IN store this morning. We were looking for a winter coat and the staff was quick to point us in the right direction. After my son tried on several coats Marley, who was tidying up a display nearby, asked us a few questions about the type of coat we were looking for. After showing us a couple of styles and explaining their features she said she thought there was a coat in the back room that might be perfect for him. She was back a minute later with a goose down filled coat that fit my son perfectly. The best part was that it was on clearance sale. I also appreciate the pleasant conversation I had with Marley while my son was trying on coats and admiring himself in the mirror.Comment for management:The store was spotless, as always, and the staff was curious and attentive without being pushy. But Marley was a breath of fresh air and deserves a pat on the back.”

“I love a lot of their clothes and they have a lot of options. I give them 4 stats though because they are pricey and there are just a few things that are inconvenient. Their in store options don't match their online options so you can't always "find it in store" if you need to try something on. And their return policy kinda sucks. If you buy it at the Castleton store, you can't return it at the HTC store unless you just want store credit. Even if they carry the exact same item. It just doesn't work that way. I don't know why. But otherwise they've got cute stuff! Very up to date on fashion treds!”

“It’s not about the fashion or the styles, it’s about the kindness of the staff. Today, Belinda walked out of the store with an iPad jacket-less in an 18F weather and trodding over a mountain of snow after a winter storm, to save me from taking my 4 and 6 yrs old (who are improperly dressed) through that journey to make my purchase. What Belinda didn’t know is that this purchase was an urgent request from my mom who is in the hospital being treated for leukemia. Be kind, it does make a difference.”

“I've been to many Ross department stores in Indy. This one, by far, is the best , very clean , everything is VERY organized their wasn't any clothing on the floor or thrown everywhere they had a lot of item that I've never seen in any other Ross stores.”

“It's so convenient to have the option to drop off Amazon returns at Kohls. I also like the Kohl's pickup process here: checking in through the mobile app and then finding my order in the bins. It's more efficient. When I've had items to return, the customer service counter employees are so friendly. There is a bit of a wait at times, but their friendliness makes up for it. There is ample parking and it's on the other side of the marketplace from where the Walmart is, so it's less busy with traffic, which is nice.”
